Katona yoga. Can’t wait to incorporate that into my Vegan lifestyle. First, recover from spinal fusion surgery. I know 100% that my plant based lifestyle is helping me recover so well. So happy I have all of the Esselstyn’s cookbooks. I definitely have been using them all.

If you already have the book with a normal binding, you can take it to an office supply store and they'll slice off the binding and put on a spiral one for you!

Please launch Plantstrong for Europe too! Don't worry about having to put the different languages on the packages, if that's holding you back. Most people in Europe (especially vegans) would buy your product also when it's only in English on the packaging.

It’s “shav-asana”. Shava in samskrutam literally translates to dead body. Because at that stage, you are so detached from your body(duh!) and hence the body is completely relaxed. “Shiv-asana” would refer to Shiva’s(as in Lord Shiva, a major deity in Hinduism) asana. Now, I don’t know if there is actually a shivasana in yoga but Shiva basically sits folded on one of his legs and the other leg dangles down.

I am from arizona I would like to tell you I can't tell but I saw an earlier episode that you were putting the lemons with the cut side up. The machine works better if you turn to have the cut side down. It may seem like you're doing it backwards but you're not try it. You will see a world of difference.

@@lisaferrin ... your local healthy organic store usually carries the seeds. Cover them w/water for a while, or over night. Place in a jar with a screen top, and rins a couple times a day till they are sprouted to your liking. You can do it in a strainer, if no jar. Just hang it over a bowl and cover w cloth. Try it... you can also sprout beans and lentils.

Can someone tell me why Dr esseltyn recommend flexseed. Mung bean is better . More omega 3. 1:14 (43mg omega-6 and 603mg omega-3 per cup). In comparison, chia seeds' ratio is 1:3.
