On 3:28 you still could've played Bishop to C4, because after b4, you could sac the bishop on f2 and take his bishop on d2 with the rook

I think when the bots are at a significant disadvantage, they just play worse and worse move almost like if they're bugged or don't know what to do since they already lost and can't resign, even stockfish does that sometimes.

Na5 attacks the queen and defends the bishop so you can capture on c5 the next move, if queen counterattacks the knight with Qa3 you have Nc4+ winning the queen, if queen counterattacks the Knight with Qb4 you have Nec6 attacking the queen again

At 14:30 I think it's not a free pawn (unless of course I miss something which is quite possible): c5 dxc5 Bxc5 bxc5 Qxb7 I mean position-wise I don't know if that messes up white's pieces but from material perspective it's equal trade.

It seems like 1100 players are much better than 1100 bots. Are bots rated differently?

Yea. I’m about 1100 rapid, but can beat bots in the 1500-1600 range. Real 1100 elo players generally make better moves.

The bots are much worse than the actual 1000+ players I’ve played. Hopefully AI will help them develop more human like bots in the future

These bot rating are weird like I’m 1000 rated and people generally know about 4-5 moves in most openings no one is playing D3 E5 ND2 D5 A4 what is that
