If its for the music... now you can have sound like on live concerts in your room. The way we listen to it now with all the technology. Like 12 speakers in one headphones, and its technology from 2020 I have tried.

@@Divlji_cvijet My dear, currently I study sound engineering and I produce music myself :) that's not the point, guess what, when your first music experience with a 7 inch tape with a player size as today's microwave oven hhhhhhh , passing through 70's-90's cassette tapes, 90's-2010 CDs and finally you find all what you need at your finger tip in one download !!

Totally agree! In Enigma's music, her singing/vocals... or rather whispers, are truly mystical and mysterious. Her voice blends perfectly with the music. Her then-husband and partner Michael Cretu - the creator and author of this extraordinary project in every respect, knew exactly what he was doing when he hired Sandra - his then-wife - for individual vocal parts. A truly unique listening experience. Incomparable to anything else! Warmest regards. A fan of Sandra and Enigma.

I have lived my life as hard and as fast as I knew how. I never fought a man I hated. I never bedded a woman I didn't love. I am sorry for any pain I brought my mom and dad. My brothers and sister were the best friends I ever had I just forgot at an early age. I hope we get to remember each other I really hope to exchange love without the burden of "here". Love with no misunderstandings. Love with no sorrow. My regrets are few. Thank you God for carrying me when I thought I was alone.

I don’t think my dad ever expected me to go crazy over this album & continue to love enigma for my entire life basically…I was 5 when he bought the cd home. I’d spend hours dancing around to it….now I have the entire enigma collection - including his copy of MCMXC a.D.. thank you daddy :)

shoutout your pops, my mom showed me this when i was around that age too....i got adopted at 13 and im mid 20s now... haven't seen my biological mother in over a decade but everytime i hear anything off this album it reminds me of the few instances she was a loving mother 💔

I was stationed in war torn Lipljan, Kosovo during 1999. Every night at the end of my shift, I would play this cassette album on my battery powered radio/cassette player (no electricity . I have many of their albums. I am now 73 years old. This takes me back to those subzero cold nights, sitting in the dark with only a candle burning for light..............and heat. Many memories brought back by this music. Let us all enjoy it.

As a non-catholic, its a tradition for me since 20 years exactly to listen to Enigma on Christmas eve (+ Christmas day) and sing out all the gothic & gregorian chants out loud with full feeling as my annual Holy prayers, and also for asking forgiveness for my sins + celebrating/joy for Christmas. Being an English and geography teacher for the last 48 years , I wrote , directed school plays that were action and horror centric. .I collaborated the plays in sync with pink Floyd, enigma sound tracks....and many others ... the audience later asked me where I got the Enigma sound track from and wanted the enigma sound track whereabouts so that they could add a soothing yet haunting flavor to their lives..

I remeber listening to enigma as 4 years old it help to deal with hospital visits due to my cerebral palsy it also helped to relax my muscles and years later i got into meditation this song gives me the greatest feeling ever. all i can say thank you Enigma and like this band i am German too lol

This song makes me think of Europe and its long history full of glory and sadeness: from ancient Greeks, the Roman Empire, Vikings, Celts, powerful catherdrals and castles, the Black Death, knights, crusades, witch-hunts, revolutions, wars, inventions, kings and queens… and somehow it all peaked around the time of this album, 1980’s-90 when the Berlin wall fell, the Cold War was finally over and we had a peak in modern culture! We left 50 years of constant glory with the millennium and entered a new era of sadeness.

No decade has been 100% perfect so far but I would dare saying that the 80's was the closest we have come to perfect. Nowadays many things are going in the wrong direction, not only in Sweden but in many countries in the world... Comparing the great 80's to this time would be like a joke. And in the year 1990 humanity may well have peaked, with the 80's freshly complete!

Да та самая Сандра, которая пела в группе Арабески, потом стала петь сольно, ее муж продюсер Энигмы. Я слушала Сандру и когда услышала Энигму сразу узнала там ее голос. Про мужа продюсера узнала намного позже. С ним она развелась и живет вроде в Италии. Как-то давно программа была по тв и ее там показывали.
