After months of not baking, I finally made two spring cakes. The first one is a lemon poppyseed cake with an earl grey ermine frosting. I feel like I need to work on this recipe a bit more but it has great potential! The other one is an easy Rhubarb cake with almond paste (so good!), and you can find the recipe on my blog.
