She bout to get a rude awakening if she gets a paid attorney cause they take wayyyy less than a public defender, they will take a lot more bullshit but a paid attorney is in charge of their own clientele and if you think your about to tell them what to do and how to do it they will quickly end that relationship. Plus recording conversations about your case is the most ineffective thing you can do cause now the prosecution can use it against you cause you made private public. And if it gets around the paid attorney circle that she records to try to get someone in trouble she won’t have any attorneys willing to take the case.

This lady with the attorney problems…..where do we start? First, she thinks that just because you get a new phone all your voicemails just disappear? No. They sit there, still full, until you load your new phone correctly to retrieve them OR get a whole new cell number altogether. Second, she clearly was asking her lawyer to lie and she mad he won’t. Third, she didn’t even address how recording conversations for protection is WAY different than posting those recordings publicly.

Phones need to be set aside and know he can't testify publicly against his own client. This is so wrong as this attorney was trying g to help, but she wants things her way. She does get her say in court. Her voicemail isn't installed yet? Blame someone else is her fair way.

When I got a new phone with same phone number, I didn't have any of my old voice-mail messages. 🤷‍♀️ I was hoping I would because my best friend passed away and I REALLY hoped to be able to listen to old messages to hear her voice again. 💔 And our old texts. I just wanted to say that. Lol!! Not all phones transfer, I guess.

Dad is so worried about his son in juvie. Wonders why his son refuses to act right, just does whatever he wants when his parents or teachers tell him the rules. Dad can't see the irony in this whole situation as he is sitting in jail for constantly violating the rules and conditions of his various bonds, releases, probations, and convictions for breaking laws.

Pretty much guarantee she didn't bother reading all of the written information she admits receiving. Her PD should have explained it to her, even IF they didn't it was her responsibility to make sure she was following the conditions. The woman not allowed another public defender - Serves her right.
