Guys if you are living or planning on living with a women and you have significantly more money than her, you need to protect yourself, and your wealth with a prenuptial agreement or cohabitation agreement.
Women are Hypergamous, accept and protect yourself.
Below is a copy of the subscribers story.
I dated a single mother of a 10 yr old girl. The childs father was an alcoholic degenerate that left the mother & child floundering in debt and poverty. Her daughter was a good kid, smart and accepting of me as her mothers new man.
I dated this woman for a little over a year. Within 3 months she had convinced me she was falling for me and that we make a good team. She used her child to drive that idea home in my mind. Always saying how much her daughter loved me and wanted me as her dad because "real" dad is a disgusting drunk. She got me to move into home with her and her daughter. Over the months she fooled me into believing our relationship was growing ever stronger and we were bound for the long haul. She didn't make much money and duped me into paying the mortage, buying her a new car e.c.t. And I was foolishly glad to do it.
We were in it together for the long haul right?
She continued to press her financial woes upon me by getting me to pay off old credit card debts, medical debt and student loans. She helped to pay the utilities garbage, water, electricity and internet. A little less than half. She constantly reminded me how great it felt for her to be able to save money again toward her kids future and our eventual marriage. She had me completely fooled.
A bit over a year after we had been together and just after buying her a brand new Subaru Outback in cash, I was able come to her with the great news that by months end she would be debt free. I had cleared all her old debt and the mortage would be paid in full! I did not receive the enthusiastic response i was hoping for. All i got was "Oh....I've gotta work late tonight"
This was a common phase i would hear over the next two weeks. I didn't find it too alarming since she had always worked late at least a couple nights a week since i had met her. I actually felt bad for her because she was working so hard all of a sudden, even repeatedly asking if there was anything i could do to relieve the extra stress she was experiencing. It seemed like it was killing her. We didn't talk, we didn't have sex, she didn't give me her daily good bye kiss as i would head to work in the mornings. It was just "I'm sorry babe I've got to work another double shift".
After a little more than two weeks of this, i came home one afternoon to doors with different locks on them and note stuck to a suitcase by the doorstep. The note read "i'm sorry things didn't workout, don't come back I have a restraining order".
I was floored! I tried for days to call her and she even went as far as to try and get me arrested for texting and calling her. She finally agreed to meet at a coffee shop to talk. I was amazed at the Jekyll and Hyde she had pulled on me. The loving "we're in this forever" woman I knew, became "I used you to pay for my shit while I fucked my ex behind your back"
I was so angry and disgusted! All those late nights at work were her riding Mr. Drunky McFuck faces cock!
I spent the next three years fighting to get something back from all of this and received a little over $3000. The total amount she had pawned my belongings for. Belongings that included thousands in designer suits, several watches worth tens of thousands and too much more to list here. Despite having reciepts that prove I bought and owned all of my belongings I only got a settlement of $3000! Her asshole ex even had the balls to wear one of my designer suits to one of the hearings!
Needless to say all you single men out there, don't be a dumbshit like me. Do not date single mothers!

My "Iron Rules of Relationship" I have printed and posted to the back of my office door: 1. Do not cohabitate, 2. Do not mix finances, 3. Do not rescue them from their bad decision (don't be the white knight rescuer), 4. Establish firm healthy boundaries of behavior 5. Be willing to leave the relationship (this requires 'spinning plates' and getting out of a lifelong mindset that the vagina is a scarce commodity. 6. Stop trying to qualify for her...she needs to qualify for you! (again, get out of the scarcity mindset). I am in my early 50's. These rules were only established after a long slog of a marriage, and then dating (and living with) a borderline personality disorder woman. Both nearly destroyed me. Now, as a higher income earning professional, who is fit, the pendulum has swung to the other side. I am much happier and healthier now that I have a much better understanding of relationship dynamics and now I am 'grabbing for my oxygen first'. Cheers, and good luck out there. -just subscribed. Thanks.

Generally women treat men like a job. They are always looking for a better on. One with higher pay and better benefits. So men need to treat women like cars lease instead of purchase, turn them in for a newer one before they start to break down and if you can afford more than one go ahead and enjoy.

The best asset protection advice I ever received was "Don't own anything, and don't do anything." Use trusts, debt (to companies that you control) and separate jurisdictions to protect your wealth. Use debt to protect equity. Control everything, but don't own it in your name unless you are OK with losing it to a leech.

I am a tomboy so most of my friends are guys. It blows my mind how many times they let these gold digging, caneiving, pieces of human refuse lead them down the garden path like a bull to slaughter!! They give cash instead checks for child support, make big purchases WAAAAY too soon because they feel sorry for the girl or neglect to pay attention to the fact that the hours she's working don't jive with her paycheck. I can give more examples but it's not necessary because I can tell you something much more constructive. If you have a smart, level headed, independent, self supporting tomboy friend who loves you like a brother and she tells you the girl you're with isn't good enough for you LISTEN TO HER!!!!!!! Yes women can spot a grifter whore a mile away. Men need a good woman friend. Only thing is sometimes women will put down another woman for stupid reasons. But if a man has a good woman friend or two, ask them. Women are never at a loss for words, lol. If you ask a woman, "So what do you think of my girlfriend" she should be able to get specific. If she can't and it's "oh just something about her" then she's being catty. It's so much easier when you date within your group of friends. Everyone knows everyone. I met my husband through my brother and we were all friends first.

Jennifer don't feel bad for these loser men. Your man will replace you as soon as you get old and wrinkly. Cash them out at your earliest convenience. I dated a single mom who was going through a divorce. She would call me every night because she was lonely and we would be intimate I later found out from her that she would start shit with me/ picking fights over stupid little arguments and criticize my life. I already knew that her husband grabbed her by the throat and slammed her up against the car. That's what she claimed and I didn't. think about it that much up until now that when we had one of our last fights I told her that I was finished with her and that I was going home and that I wasn't going to sleep with her anymore. She got mad and called me a bunch of names. A few days later we made up and she was like : "Yeah you were so upset I watched you tear out of the driveway and heard your tires squeal." I was thinking I didn't leave upset. I left to get away from your BULLSHIT. the relationship ended when I fucked up my back in a head on car accident. She was mad that I was too fucked up to have sex. She broke up with me after she learned I borrowed some money to buy her some expensive silverware. Another single mom I knew told me that the reason she married her husband was because she wanted to have her two daughters and his money. I dated a couple of other single mothers one had three kids with three different dads and we knew each other for a long time and I was like, "No, this ain't going to happen. I'll be working my ass off supporting kids that aren't mine." She didn't like that. We fought on the phone and then she met this military guy from off the street and told mete made all this money and they were going to move into a nice home and make a baby. she constantly would bring it up because it's what I wanted. four years latter I found out her husband is working at little Ceasure's Pizza as a manager making $11. I felt bad for him but good for me , "Don't be that guy!" The other girl was a cute Mexican single mom that didn't speak English, yeah figure that one out she waned me to spend money on her daughter and I got sick of that shit. Most of these women are in debt and single moms are looking for someone pay there bills and SERVE them. That's really what it's about a woman is looking for that upgrade guy with the golden cock to buy them everything. We need to stop that shit. Men should stick together and warn men that there so called girlfriend is having an affair . People's lives are important and life is to short to waste it with a woman who is going destroy it.

I couldn't agree more. All financial expectations should be painstakingly talked about and agreed upon, signed and legalized. If she, or he (as in my case) refuses to sign, then don't get married or even live together in states that automatically give homestead status to any individual who uses your address as their home address. Believe me when I say there's just as many men looking for their sugar mommas as there are women looking for sugar daddies. I have always chose to see the world thru rose colored lens, then I come across topics like this and it forces me to take them off and question the state of humanity and the current condition that it's in. A bit too depressing and grim for a kindred soul like mine. So the rose color lens goes back on and I continue to live my life according to the natural laws. As such I usually attract good to myself and the bad that does come my way I can only imagine it was I who attract that as well and I accept that also. Not all bad things that come your is indeed bad. Life is about learning and growing and creating the best version of yourself possible. If you never face any adversity, how can you grow as a person? The world will be a much kinder, gentler and loving place to live in if everyone will just be more accountable for themselves and their actions and hold themselves to a higher standard. :)

@@gizmobum1It is really demoralizing and depressing to hear stories like this one and to also witness the horrible things that men and women do to each other. I just don't understand how some people can treat other people in such a cold and heartless way. These are human beings that are being discarded as if they are a piece of trash that you throw away. After awhile, it does start to slowly chip away at what faith you have in humanity and whatever hope you have left for it. Fortunately, there are people like you that help to restore our faith in humanity and bring back some hope that many of us so desperately need right now. Thank you for that and also for being a kind and compassionate person. Also, you are absolutely right. The good things, the bad things and the mistakes we make in life help us to grow and make us stronger and better people. @@MustangMalone Thank-you for your kind words. I have the same sentiments and agree with you as well. I don't have the answer to the world's problems. I can only do my best not to add to it. Life isn't meant to be easy. But we do have a choice in the matter. I believe the minute we decide that we are the creator of our reality, that includes out thoughts, how we feel as well as how we choose to react to certain things. Once we realize everything is a choice, we can be more empowered to make a change for the better. We attract what we focus on, we attract what we think about. Learn to think and focus on the things you want in life instead of what is lacking and you'll be amazed at what good will come into your life. I hope more people will choose to spread more positivity into the universe. Take care my friend. Keep that light shining in your heart and never allow another person to take that away from you.

Just a heads up for kiwis out there. I have a mate who had a co habitation agreement, but it was thrown out of court due to her "not knowing what she was signing" . I have since heard of some prenups being thrown out as well. As a 21 year old who has worked his ass of since leaving school at 16, i now have 7 project cars on the go, and about to put a deposit down on a house. mgtow is unfortunately the only way forward. I have spoke to a separation lawyer and she laughed when i asked her about protecting my assets. she told me about her younger sister (23) who has a boyfriend (28) who is building himself a new house. she is advising her sister not to sign any cohabitation agreements so that she can take half of it if things don't work out.

the worst I've had was blindly not listening to my gut that something was very wrong in my last relationship even though I didn't know what it was. She really sweet me back in life, and I even taking her to court wouldn't have done anything except put her in jail, because I found out later that she has one criminal incident on her record. If I continued to blindly be a chump to this girl, I'd probably experience this same thing.

I lived with a woman once, my career was going great, things were good..This woman kept dropping hints about us getting hitched..I told her several times I wasn't interested in marriage, to which she pouted and even cried sometimes..I explained to her that I felt the laws concerning divorce were heavily stacked against men, and I wasn't going to take that risk of parting with 50% of my shit..and here's the killer, she said "well I'd expect to get my "fair share", I almost fell of my feet...FAIR SHARE!!! God was that an eye opener..Actually I'm glad that happened, because I told her was going out of town on business for a week and she better not be there when I got back..She was stunned, but she knew me well enough to know I wasn't fucking around, and when I got back she was gone..along with a few pieces of MY furniture, which pissed me off, but I figured I got off lite...I swore then and there no more cohabitation..

I got divorced 13 years ago, had 50/50 custody of my son the entire time. I'm 41 and my son is 18 and now in college. Obviously I got married too young. I live in the U.S. let me tell you, I wouldn't change my 50/50 custody arrangement for anything. What I will tell you though, you still have to fight for everything. The courts gave me 50/50 custody so everything was split in every decision was split. But she was designated what they called residential parent which means the school and everything was based on where she lived. So she moved a couple of times and I had to move in order to make the co-parenting arrangement work. I still had to pay support and when it came to things like braces and things of that nature I still had no say on the timing or where we went to essentially I still have to pay half of that which I didn't mind but what I didn't like was having no say. with 50-50 custody that meant that he stayed with me a couple of nights a week plus every other weekend. I never wanted to be just weekend warrior dad so I would take my son school in the morning pick him up from school after work and he would stay the night at my house and rinse and repeat. 14 years of doing that I have to be the one to do all of the transportation of my days. In other words, at one point I lived 20 miles from her I would have to drive 20 miles to her house or 20 miles to my son school to drop him off she would never meet me halfway she wouldn't never split the drive. She would not help on my days essentially I had him every Monday and Tuesday she had in every Wednesday and Thursday and we rotated Friday Saturday and Sunday. For a couple of years I worked 50 miles from home. On Monday and Tuesday I wouldn't be home in time to pick up my son from after school care. My excellent just a few miles away from the school she could have picked them up and kept them at her house till I got home from work but she refused to do and said if I can handle my son of my days then I have to give up joint custody. I then had to pay family members to pick him up from after school care at 6 p.m. keep him for an hour then I would pick him up farther away and then get him back to my house. In other words, it was 5 times or 10 times as much work for me to maintain my fatherly relationship with my son as it was for my ex-wife. I do not regret any of it but my point is that even with joint custody they still pick a residential primary parent. That means that she can move wherever she wants and you are at her mercy. I was smart enough to have a clause put in our initial share custody agreement that neither one of us could move out of the same county without changing the custody arrangement. Everything was the fight she wanted to raise our son Catholic I wanted to raise him Baptist she wanted him to own a gun at eight years old I didn't feel like he needed again till he was a teenager. We went to mediation a few times to handle parental differences and eight times out of 10 they sided with my ex-wife. Because I had joint custody of custody I paid a little bit less support then I would have if I had only have my son every other weekend. The problem is the way child support works it defaults to the 80/20 rule which means that they would send me an order every 3 years that my support should go up because I was underpaying. I would have to hire an attorney go to court and prove that I still have joint custody even though the court had the original divorce decree which showed I had joint custody in order to get my support altered to reflect the fact that I have 50/50 custody. Anyway guys I would not change doing 50/50 custody for my son for anything in the world. I just want to let guys out there know that even with joint custody you will still get f*****. The courts don't even know how to handle joint custody because it only represents 10 - 15% of the caseload. Even with joint custody providing him his own room his own PlayStation his own clothes his own bed a duplicate of everything that she had I would still get nasty letters in the mail from Child Support Enforcement Agency fighting me tooth and nail on everything. Anyway I would advise any man that has children and is married or we're still with his girlfriend or has not had children to work out your parental agreement way before you ever split up that is more important than your assets. I was concerned about my assets but I was more concerned about having joint custody of my son and if I could have done one thing different I would have really drill down a joint custody agreement before I ever got married.

I'm 35 years old and I've been single for two years going on three... I'm tall, good looking, and college educated yet it's been a struggle finding the right woman. What made my predicament odd is that three years ago I decided to completely stop spending money on women period... (funny thing happened the ladies are no where to be found nowadays)... no more going shopping, no more paying rent no more buying a car (guys have you ever been so in love with a woman that you would have done anything she asked you to; well I did)... yes that's right!!! I was one of those chumps that bought the girlfriend a car... had I saved all my money... I would have had a cool 100k in bank; but now I have next to nothing... thanks for posting that story. I'm not going full MGTOW, I'm still holding out hope that a reasonable woman is out there... but damn!!!

Wow. I'm sure I'll lose my *feminist card* over my comment. But the situation you described breaks my heart. And quite frankly, pisses me off. Women like her give normal women a bad name. Some bitch like her comes along, takes advantage of this fella, making him (and other men who hear this story) immediately back away. For the record, I'm a single mother, divorced, I own my own business, I own real estate. I chose not to even think about dating for a year after my divorce. I'm like the woman who took the "red pill" (would it be a "pink pill" for us? LOL). But now I hear this story, and I'm like, "Damn! If I were a guy, I wouldn't date women either!" Please don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are men who would happily take advantage of someone like me. But, I really think the majority of advantage-takers are women. P.S. All the child support for my two boys goes into their savings accounts, save for sports fees & equipment. All of it. I feed them, clothe them, shelter them. With my own money. My ex is essentially paying for their college. ✌️

Dam i needed to here this. Thanks man this content is great for us young people. Believe me or not when i was in college in my spring semester i was sitting in a room that was empty doing my programming stuff and over heard two girls talking. One of the girls said she is in college just looking for a man to basically rely on for financial needs and then just break up. My Dad always told me this and always disregard it because i don't really believe a women would go to such an extent. Some women are just after your hard earned money then want to put you on child support. Well of course i had to stick my head out in the hallway and they saw me and stopped talking. Some women make a living off of it which is sad but true. My take is plain and simple....STOP THINKING WITH YOUR DICK...LOL as i got it from the cartoon kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iNuWo7ZmxNGWpmQ.html south park when jimmy kept falling for that girl that was bad. The girl was gentle and what not then turned evil :/. Once again thanks for this great video look forward to the next as always.

The guy that got taken missed a big red flag: her alcoholic ex. Rescuing someone does not obligate them to return the help. The courts will not recognize any prenups/deals/agreements at all, they are thrown out regularly. The courts are more about making sure she is compensated for the companionship she provided YOU. An agreement to balance that out is going to be a "no compute" for the courts. Just don't wind up in court, make sure it just doesn't occur.

I feel for this guy. I used to do stuff like this guy until I had a similar, but less expensive situation. You have to set a dollar limit on how much you can help someone you are dating. I know a guy who bought a girlfriend a house and she left him shortly after when it was in her name. I know another guy who's wife was slowly stealing money from the joint bank accounts. He though she was spending a little much, but never questioned it. This was happening for years. One day he returned home from work with his wife and children not home and a note that she was leaving him with the phone number of her attorney. He later found out that the money she was stealing, she built a brand new home and moved in when it was finished and left the letter on the table. Talk about being blind sided. There is very little upside in marriage for a man and a huge down side. I have never have been married, but have had a few break ups after dating a few years. I know this does not compare. My friend has the best explanation on how it feels. Picture a perfect stranger walking down the street that you give half of what you have and the house and that is how a divorce feels like.

This video helps me realize that there are men out there who have it for much worse and remind me how crucial it is that these things happen all the time. I got involved with a single mother of one and she was a narcissist who constantly played the victim game throwing red flags in my face as much as a Chinese communist party but my beta ass was so conditioned I couldn’t shake from it. As time went on I realized how much progress I made making self improvements on myself and ended the relationship which with anything when it comes to a female narcissist they more than likely will end the relationship putting you through hell and that’s exactly what she did. I developed PTSD from that relationship but I know It could’ve went worse if I stayed. Gentlemen, if you guys have dealt with a serious toxic narcissist female, ways to heal from it is listening to narcissist podcast but be cautious of those who are a little crazy about the subject (A.k.a. gets stuck in the victim mentality) Good audible books to read is “sheep‘s clothing” by George K Simon, “character disturbance” by George K Simon Junior PhD and “out of the fog” by Dana MorningStar.
