I agree man but we don't actually know their relationship but ur right nastya will be perfect life parter for shubham both love travelling if shubham marries any other women, she will not like shubham travelling almost all the time of year. Nastya is perfect for him I think they like each other but dont want to reveal their relationship infront of audience when they both will become the age to get married they might reveal.
