🐟 EOMUK BOKKEUM 🐟
this is a popular Korean side dish, or also known as "barchan"
made in both soy-based and spicy version
INGREDIENTS
- pack of eomuk (500 g to 1kg) - Korean Fish Cake
- 1 whole white onion
- carrot
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- water just enough to simmer the ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 5 tablespoons soysauce
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons rice syrup (or can be replaced with sugar as well)
- sesame oil
- sesame seed
🌶 for spicy version, just add
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon soysauce
