With the platforming section of the Envy fight, one thing I always find helps me hit her every time is locking on. Obviously it's not a guaranteed success, but it at least means that as long as you get close enough to land a hit, Fury will pull off her full air combo. Or at least land the final whirlwind hit that drags Envy down with you.

crazy i just finished your playthrough of darksiders 2 a couple days ago and checked if you played 3 yet and once i seen how long ago you posted i was wondering and hoping you was good,glad i dont gotta find/look for another playthrough video,now its time for me to beat 3 and 100% it. BUT THANK YOU KUDDLESNOT FOR GETTING ME 100% IN ALL THE DS GAMES COULDNT HAVE DID IT WITHOUT YOU!!!
