I think Taeyang is the most perfect role model for every younger kpop artists.He is talented, disciplined, he got great personality. He's the real proof that you can be successful yet humble.I was really touched when he wanted to call the security people to eat with them. Aw. Such a thoughtful human being.

yeah! The way some fandom demands an album is like they are ordering burgers from Mc Donald . They don't understand the hardwork that the artist has to go through to create good songs for us. Let us be considerate and supportive at the same time shall we?

Couldn't agree more. To all fans out there, be patient. Be more understanding towards the artists. It isn't something you could just rush over doing specially if these artists are directly involve in the production of the songs, and the album itself. All you gotta do is support, be patient, be more understanding, and encourage. We never know what they're going through. Youngbae took him 3 years before releasing new album, but look at him, so proud and happy of his work. All hard work paid off. Seeing him all so proud and emotional, makes me feel immense proud of him and his work. Nothing beats the feeling of knowing how the artist felt so proud and happy of what they do. ❤

The thing I notice in all YG artist... The feeling of humbleness is real and genuine. You can see it in the way they treat the fans, but above all, with the way they treat their staff and the people they work with. There is no awkwardness in their interactions that clearly tells they are more like family and close friends, not just artist and hired staff. I have love and respect to all YG artist❤️❤️❤️

I’ve seen on Twitter, Yang Hyun Suk wrote something like a rule for YG trainees: “before being a great artist, try to be a great person”. I think this is the way all YG artists are

I care more about their talent and personality... And the fact that they are more 'HUMAN' than high celebrities... In all the scandals yg went through, I wonder sometimes how can they be standing still. But then, I realise it's because of the overflowing talents their artist have... I believe all loyal yg artist stans are the best fans, cuz we knew what we value more in an artist... Its their talents that no amount of scandals and accusations can tarnish. We don't care about the visuals, perfect choreography or what ever the new generations value today... We only knew that when it comes to yg artist they would give the best feeling from the moment they step on stage until the last wave...

to be fair, most korean kpop idols seem rather humble, genuine and real. The only fake part of them - even taeyang included - is the persona/image that they show off on stage. That's almost always different from how they are in real life

Taeyang, I'm not sure if you will read the comments but WHITE NIGHT IS YOUR BEST ALBUM. It felt the most authentic, the most real... Taeyang is my bias in BIGBANG and I was fortunate enough to go to the White Night tour in San Jose, CA, USA. The vibe for this entire album was just different and honestly PERFECT. I felt his growth as an artist on this album and it really made me emotional because this album finally felt like Youngbae... not just Taeyang but his real self. It didn't feel rushed and there are no songs that I skipped when listening. If you haven't heard it already, please go listen. It's truly underrated and his best album.

He is a guy that is way beyond his "dope congratz joke" He is a guy that is way ahead of what people expect of him. He is a guy that never even once disappoint his fans even when he knows things will end up hurting people, he'll try to make it a little more bearable. He apologize even if he doesn't have to. He might not be the best in expressing his affection towards his fans, but he is indeed the sweetest towards VIPs. He try his best to deliver the greatest music to people knowing that not everyone gonna love it but he realized that by putting out his music to the world , it will bring comfort to people. Just found about bing bang in Feb 2021, and quickly fall in love with their voice, performance and uniqueness usually i'm only fans with k-drama and some korean solois but after saw BB it change my perspective about k-boyband. Each member in BB have their own style & character not same between each member, also they are very manly. Especially i adore Taeyang he seem like 'bad boy' on stage but in daily life he is like common people humble, and down to earth. He is very religious, Taeyang marry his first girl friend, very faithful to God, smart and kind.

"Whenever I release an album, I make it as if it's my last album." This is the reason why Taeyang and BIGBANG as a group will always be my ultimate favorite. They give it their all, no matter how small. Their passion just overflows and everyone around them can feel it, even us fans. Their 100% focus and hardworking attitude has inspired me to give it my best in everything I do. Doing well on the charts is a bonus, but the fact that they were able to invest so much of themselves into their craft is an accomplishment in itself. I have so much respect for this guy. For BIGBANG. You continue to inspire millions around the world.

Gahhh Youngbae is such a prefect human being. He is always so humble and caring off stage and on stage he is ever so charismatic. I still remember that moment when I first saw the Wedding Dress MV and after that I completely fell for him. My young teenage girl self thought he was the sexiest human being on earth and my current old self still thinks the same. We're so sorry Youngbae for not hyping and supporting the White Night album so much but trust us, we truly loved the songs. Sorry for not showing our support as much as you deserve. Please release more music and we will always support you. 💛

What I really love about Taeyang is that he's really humble and down to earth. You can tell he is has a warm personality just by how thoughtful he is with his staff. I liked how he said that he hopes the album does well so that the people involved in making it can be happy, he is not self-centered at all. Sometimes I end up forgetting YB and the rest of Bigbang are an idol group, because whenever I watch their performance or their documentaries, they give off a totally different vibe that sets them apart from the rest. They were born to be artists, and I'm definitely still gonna root for them when they come back.

여러모로 대단한 아티스트 태양 미니앨범 1집 나만바라봐 때 부터 지켜봤지만 항상 앨범마다 발전하는 모습을 보여주는걸 보며 신기했는데 뒤에선 엄청난 노력이 뒷받침되었다는걸 보여주는 영상인듯 내가 처음으로 아이돌이지만 아이돌로써 지켜본게 아니라 아티스트로써 지켜본 처음이자 마지막일지 모르는 태양 앞으로의 행보가 정말 기대된다

Am I the only male person listening to Taeyang? He seriously deserves so much recognition. I don't know why but I'm drawn to Taeyang not only because of his music, but because of his personality. Ever since I became a VIP in 2011, he caught my attention instantly. Say what you want about his albums, but if there's one thing definitive, each album showed great amount of personal growth. Which makes sense considering Taeyang really puts his heart and soul into his music? I sincerely hopes he will make more albums in the future. There's so much more we have to see about Taeyang, and so many stories he has to tell. Edit: Holy crap this blew up. I'm one of the few people who only listened to 2nd generation groups (and some 3rd generation) so have no idea about current fanbases and demographics. 😂

Nope, I'm a guy too. Tbh the last time I went to his concert in 2017 there were a lot of male audiences as well. I think his music relates to a lot of people regardless of gender.

I just recently became a VIP but I have always taken notice of how warm and thoughtful Youngbae is. This documentary evinces that observation of mine. He is already considered a Kpop legend but he remains so humble and just so good. He is worth looking up to not just by fans but also by younger artists. May God continue to bless you, Mr. Youngbae!

The standard artist that YGE produces is in a whole new level, that only legends like taeyang can attain. So, its guaranteed that they released songs with outmost care and precision. I'm a blink and i respect that it takes time and effort to produce such music, so i'm more than willing to wait for the album because its worth it.😊😊😊

I don't know a ton about Taeyang's growth through Big Bang as I am a new fan, but there is something so calming and inspiring about the way he carries himself. I love the white night album. Can't wait to see his journey through this series.

It might not add much in terms of information, but as a long time fan since I was a kid (They got me into Kpop with Last Farewell) I can say their growth even shows in their music vids. Just watching them year by year makes me emotional T_T so proud.
