Ever wondered if there's a secret weapon in the battle against insulin resistance, neuroinflammation, and autoimmune diseases?
Join me as I unveil the details of my personal journey of microdosing GLP-1 agonists and how these health game-changers have significantly improved my wellbeing. I challenge the common misconception that these powerful peptides are exclusively for the severely obese or diabetic individuals. In fact, with their myriad of uses that I’ve discovered in the literature, I beleive they can be a very helpful adjunctive tool to a balanced, holistic approach.

If I could hit the like button a thousand times I would. You are spot-on. I'm tired of people bashing these medications. I personally used compounded tirzepatide along with bioidentical hormones and getting my thyroid regulated. I was postmenopausal and weighed what I did when I delivered both of my children full term. I needed something to jumpstart the game. I learned a lot about nutrition in the right exercises. My chronic pain issues significantly diminished as well as my brain fog. I never even had to go above the starting dose of 2.5 mg on the titration scale.

Thank you for this podcast! So encouraging! I'm 70 and obese. I started the Whole30 eating plan in December. I lost 30lbs with that, then the cravings came back. It was awful! My ins won't pay for semaglutide so I went to HenryMeds for oral. Didn't work, so started injections and WOW! I feel so good! No cravings, thirsty, not hungry! I'm eating super healthy with good protein (I love meat). I was 254lbs and now down 40lbs. I'm so encouraged and motivated to be healthy again.

I want to lose 10- 15 pounds and it gives me so much comfort to hear you say needing to lose it is not about vanity. I lift heavy, eating whole foods and now focusing on high protein. I still feel like it’s a bit of a struggle to get the extra fat off. I have been wanting to try the GLP-1s but felt a little guilty for wanting to. Now I have some peace of mind moving forward after discovering your channel.

This was a great podcast. I'm in compound tirzepatide and I feel the same was you do. I just over all feel so much better. I was 392 lbs. I needed to get some off so I can be more active. 67 pounds down, 325 lbs now. I'm still finding it difficult to get around well but it's much better. I'm very happy for all those "addictive" thoughts to be tamped down. My mind is so at ease now. I never knew what it was to be without all that junk in my head. It's amazing. I had vsg surgery thinking it would help and take that appetite away but it did not. I'm so thankful for this medication and I do wish people would understand it. I don't give a hoot what anyone says about it but it's just so aggravating hearing the negative comments and knowing it will effect someone looking into the medicines negatively. I'm in a few glp1 groups and they're are so many people posting about such terrible side effects it is scaring people so bad. It's really a shame. Nothing was stopoing me from giving this a go & I'm so thankful I did.

I started for the same reasons with maybe 10 pounds to lose. My pain is gone, I’m a massage therapist and depend on my body. I try to stay as natural as I can, no pain meds, but this flare was so bad I was considering it. Within 2 weeks all my joint pain disappeared, I’m 2 months in and feel better than I have in years. Love this series, thank you ❤❤

I love your videos and THANK YOU for taking away the shame of using Semaglutide. I have always been a healthy weight until 7 years ago when I was ambushed by autoimmune disease and perimenopause. The pain made exercise painful, the weight made the pain worse, and everything together made me depressed. In April, I started Semaglutide along with walking 8K+ per day and resistance training twice per week, along with increasing protein intake. I’m having consistent results and feeling HOPE for the first time in a long time!

This is so fascinating! There are folks out there in the chronic migraine reddit world talking about how they think tirzepatide helped their chronic migraine because it just started happening. Im talking decades of daily migraine with symptoms and pain. I suffer from that as well with chronic inflammation and nothing has helped. It has gotten to the point of debilitating. And I have tried it ALL. So I plan on microdosing and seeing how it goes.🙏

Thank you for this. Excellent video! I have been dealing with inflammation for months now. I have a bulging disc in my low back and usually a steroid injection would help the inflammation go away so that the disc would stop pressing on my nerves. But I found out that the steroids were causing me to get an ulcer. I have tried so many peptides for it already with no luck . But one of the ladies in my biohacking community suggested tirapetide . I have started on a .25 mg dose. I started it last night. I hope that it helps me. I am only 108 pounds. I definitely do not need to lose any weight. I’m just using it for inflammation. I also have horrible, carpal tunnel syndrome, and arthritis in every joint. Truly hope that this is the final peptide that actually does something to help me. Hope it doesn’t irritate my ulcer . I don’t eat a bunch of crap. I actually take pretty good care of myself. I just can’t figure out why this inflammation won’t go away. My carpal tunnel seems to act up every time the disc acts up. I threw my back out three months ago and I’m doing physical therapy, all the things. I just need that little boost. So I understand why you and your family and colleagues, followers, too, are using this. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with trying to heal your body, and if the so-called “fat “drugs are helping, so be it. I’m grateful that one of the ladies in the biohacking community sent me your way. Thank you so much.❤❤❤. How long should I wait to increase my dose if I’m not getting results? I’m thinking 4-7 days ? Thanks again ❤❤❤

I am a 56 year old woman that has gained 10 lbs a year since turning 50 tried all kind of diets supplements you name could not lose but a few pounds get discouraged & start eating all that sugar. I stopped counting calorie on a day after i hit 5000z sodas chips candy fast food. Had high blood pressure high cholesterol pre diabetes then i tried a compound of semiglutide and immediately started losing weight went to healthy eating big portion within a few weeks was down to 1000 calorie healthy high protein daily. I stayed on the lowest dosage. Down from 208 to 162 in 4 months. Once you see results it is so much easier to want to learn how to eat right. My brain is clear no pain no side effects really to talk about. I also quit doing any street & prescribed medication. Cut down on my cig smoking no alcohol. No high anything great lab result. Unfortunately my doctor thinks diet and exercise are the only true way to lose weight. But gave me a clean bill of health. I didnt tell her what i was using. I would suggest it to anyone.

Pcos is insulin resistance. You can get insulin resistance from drinking diet coke all day long. It still spikes insulin. Earing keto *all day* still spikes insulin all day. Diabetes and pcos is about insulin resistance and so even If you ate protein and drank sugar free crap, if you did it frequently (several times per day) then you did infact eat yourself into type 2 diabetes ...•and pcos for that matter

You say neglect, but you also must acknowledge injury, chronic illness, mental illness, catastrophe, and ED recovery. I really appreciate your perspective but I also think you could be a lot more sensitive to fat people. Personally, I was raised in an abusive environment and developed an unhealthy relationship w food when I was very very young. I struggled w/ an ED since age 10, and have been very small and also very large. With my ED recovery I gained weight- mostly bc I had to (bc I couldn't restrict like I used to). I have been super active my whole life and worked as a firefighter for 7 years, yet my relationship w/ food has always been hard. Then I injured my spine by freak accident and gained 40 lbs during the recovery. For someone to look at me and say I am "neglecting" myself bc I am overweight, and say they understand it because they have also gained weight, and they gained through neglect- that is not only a simplification but a kind of dehumanization. Clearly you are super smart, so I hope you will reflect on the way you talk about people in different situations than you.

We can be armed with all the information in the world but unless we can find doctors willing to prescribe microdose amounts of this peptide then the information becomes almost useless. I do as much as I can on my own to care for myself. I get tested, I read, research, and educate myself on the results of my tests. I know where I'm the healthiest and the most deficient. I eat well, exercise, meditate, take supplements yet because of medical restrictions I still can't fully treat myself and have to depend on a medical professional. It is beyond frustrating to present a doctor with actual research on possible solutions to issues only to have him say he will only prescribe GLP-1 for diabetes and weight loss. And I can't just go have it compounded on my own because we can't have that! So, as a woman suffering from increased inflammation, depression, and brain fog due to menopause (I'm on BHRT), and doing everything else right, I'm still not worth it to him to find a better solution. It is all so incredibly frustrating!

30 years of obesity after being gestational diabetic with both kids. Not really any weight issues before then. I tell everyone I was allergic to being pregnant lol jk 2 beautiful kids now adults. but I've been prediabetic and 100 lbs overweight for 30 years. Now have high BP, Been Keto/Carnivore past 3 years and although I know body is helping but no weightloss! I walk every day. now 10k steps a day. My insurance (Anthem Blue Cross) I'm not Medi-cal, I pay through my work will not cover ANY weightloss medication because I'm not Type 2 diabetic. I have been FIGHTING to not become a Type 2 for the past 30 years. Many people on both sides of my family are. I am PRAYING the insurance companies will have to change their guidelines for covering the GLP-1s so that people like me don't have to become Type 2 diabetic. I can't afford to pay full boat especially in today's economy. I would give anything to be able to give this a try and definitely would do the microdosing or stay at the beginning dose forever if it was enough to give me what I need to unstuck myself from obesity. Thank you so much for your work and transparency on this. 🥰

So interesting… I had two pregnancies with gestational diabetes over 24 years ago. I’m not over weight but I’m pre-diabetic as well. Been like this for the last 13 years or so. Could’ve been longer but that’s when I found out. I’m a clean eater so my dr. said it’s the reason I never became a full blown diabetic. My diet & exercise should reverse pre-diabetes but it doesn’t . I’m insulin resistant at this point so I’m going on semaglutide. I resisted against docs recommendation, but after Dr. Tyna, I feel much better about it. I wish insurance would acknowledge pre-diabetes as diabetes because it technically is. I’m crossing fingers this will do the trick. Nothing has worked and I can’t eat any cleaner. Hope you can get some help soon If you can afford to pay out of pocket.

I take semaglutide, 2nd round 1 year apart and by chance took it two weeks apart at a micro dose, it’s working better than the original time I took it at the recommended treatment with incriminating every week. I agree in micro dosing.
