Make a boom for the bucket of your friend's tractor to lift the tubs through the bay before walling it.

Not to ad but, SmokeyMountainOutpost has a really nice one on his tractor to lift beams for his construction if you want to check it out. You could make it fit the bottom so there is no permanent change to the bucket.
