You've been through shit and navigated it in the best way you knew how, which you realize now has lead you away from yourself, your values, your worth. That's why you are scared to trust yourself, because... you did. You trusted your choice in a person who's shown you their flaws, and it lead you to this couch crying on your podcast all in the name of love (and self love!) , and I think that is the bravest thing one can do. Trust the ones we love. Trust ourselves when we can tell others do not love us how we wish to be loved. Weezy has a point when talking about therapy. Honestly therapy should help with teaching someone the tools to deal with their problems outside of sessions. Only in serious circumstances and cases should someone do therapy for a long term, ironically the goal of therapy is to be able to not have to come back (only on need-to basis) lol

I felt when weezy expressed her fear of losing her mom. I lost my dad and the fear of losing my mother has been bothering me a lot lately.
