I walk 2 miles at sunrise everyday with a meditation playing in my headphones. As a 72 year old woman this is a great start to my day.

As a holistic health coach with a special interest in health and fitness, I admire and respect this video. At age 56 I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer (this year, thankfully only stage 1) which was my pivotal reason for my profound passion for women aging strong. I've enjoyed where this channel is going. I've never followed a channel to this degree before. I feel like I'm a silent part of it somehow.
