Wowsie what a great variety of peppers. I was just educated a whole lot on some unknown varieties. I do grow a substantial amount of varieties I.can find. Wiri Wiri a must. If i get the chance to have a garden, I’d definitely grow a couple of spicy and sweet peppers along with a lemon tree. Peppers are so pretty, I love the colors, plus I love the sweet ones for salads and stir fry and the spicy ones omg I will never run out of chili oil 💛 This is such a good harvest episode, very informative too, thank you for sharing!

Thank you so much. For the roasted peppers, we simply roasted and removed the skin and seeds and soaked in its own juice. For the hot sauce we went with grilled pineapple, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp salt, 6-8 cloves of garlic, shallot, 1/2 cup cane sugar, and the peppers we used are wiri wiri and monkey face. You can substitute with habanero or scotch bonnet and add as little or as much as you want depending on how hot you want the sauce to be

This pepper harvest is amazing. This boy cultivests pepper in his backyard garden and make dishes from them. Nothing to waste. Make use of all peppers. Roast peppers and make use of them in variety types of dishes. He collected too many peppers in his garden. Nice vedio.
