I was watching and thinking they should really do this every year. Whether it is these containers or the hay racks or where/what ever. It'll be fun to see her learn from him and vice versa. Laura would have to get out of her comfort zone and Aaron would be learning as he goes. I hope they do it!

Watching in 2024 after watching this year’s competition. The before and afters really surprise me sometimes. I love seeing all the variations you have each tried. You both picture the designs a little bit differently, which is what makes them so creative. The growth you have both had from this video to now is also amazing!

YES! It's been so HOT here in South Carolina even my full sun plants and flowers are struggling and I water them every day, 2x times a day. UGH!

Top1: 8; Top2: 2; Top3: 6; All have their charme but I just love papyrus grasses. Awesome center pieces! Honorary mention: No 14. poor thing.

1, 5, 6,and 7 were my favorites (I also had to throw the extra one in there) and not because I like the fall colors in my garden, especially red, but because they all were a great mix of colors and had great form. Thank you for your videos! We just bought a new home and are redoing the yard and it's been very helpful to see your ideas as well as we are designing our beds.

Five is my favorite!! I’ve got my fingers crossed for fourteen, poor thing! I loved it at launch. So interesting to see all these progress. Thank you for doing this! I love the variety and I hope you do this again next year!!

There's something about those plants...they just make me smile. My favorite though are 12, 8 and 1. #12 is the best for me first of all because the arrangement is so original and they just knit together beautifully. Way to go Aaron! 🤗👍🌼🌿🌱

Laura, Have to say that lesser number of plants per container (that Aaron picked) is what works to my eyes! Your containers are good but somehow it feels over full and maybe not as much growing room (if there is something like that?). And I loved the one with daisies and the ones without a centerpiece!!!!!!!!! 2, 10, 12...5 is a close runner up!

I couldn't pick just 3....way to hard, so here are my favs. 1, 6, 8, 9, 12, & 13. Thank you so much for the inspiration. I loved learning about the dead heading and how it wasn't necessary on these plants. I have a hard time keeping up with that and didn't actually know there were plants you didn't have to dead head. I can't wait to get started on my planters - thanks again!

Even the one with the white flag😅 if it wasn't for the storm and all the drama it would have been beautiful....I really can see it in my mind. You guys have to do it again next year! Yes indeed. "White flag" containers LOL So true. I think it makes us appreciate it more when our plants flourish. There is skill and knowledge, but a lot of gardening success or failure is the luck of the draw. Poor plants being pummeled by tree branches. Who would have thought?

My favorites are 1, 6 & 7. My daughters and I just finished watching Nailed It on Netflix and the 'after' on 14 was the Nailed It of the bunch... poor plant!! We had a chuckle! Great job on all!
