The Goblet Ninja, aka Michael Schunke of Vetro Vero, creates a twisted handblown glass tumbler using an optic mold. The twisty cup is a long-standing favorite technical exercise among glassblowers. This short rocks-style glass shows Schunke twist the bubble in one heat, flatten the bottom and punty; then offers views of trimming and opening, all while keeping the optics strong and the ridges crisp. Sound included -- listen for the ridges after the final heat!
