The MSI Stealth Series was the first slim, light weight gaming laptop to debut on the market back in 2016, but it suffered from a few major limitations to performance due to the ability to cool some of the high-end components in such a sleek package. Is it too bright? I had to return my Lenovo Legion Slim 5 as it gave me eyepain. never had this issue before. Also, how does the screen& frame rates of the Qhd version of the MSI Pulse 15 compare?

What would be your choice between this one and the Lenovo slim 7? I’ve read a few comments about the stealth getting hot/loud and the keyboard being unresponsive sometimes

Do all Australians pronounce it "hayche"? How do yaw spell idear? Exactly how it sounds? Neeveedia? If 4k refers to horizontal pixels (which is only like 3800) and 2k refers to vertical pixels (which is only 1440p; an even bigger lie, or misnomer), then what does 1k refer to? Why is the sky blue? So many questions. Few answers.

How would you compare this to an xps 15? Does the extra space in the chassis and bigger battery give a superior experience?

I have both this and the XPS 15. The Stealth 16 runs laps around the XPS 15. Also, the XPS 15 isn't made for gaming, even though it's got the specs to do so. It's mostly made for workflow applications, like CAD, DAWs, Excel etc... It's a great office computer. If you use it for 3D applications, don't expect it to last long. (I abused the shit out of my XPS 15 with Blender) The Stealth 16 can do all that and more, and for a similar price. I paid about $1800 for my XPS and $1850 for my Stealth 16. 50 more bucks and you get way more PC.

@@starcore717how do you find the temperatures while gaming? I’ve read a few comments saying that it runs uncomfortably hot, I’m torn between this one and the Lenovo legion slim 7, similar specs (and that one runs cooler apparently)

@rubensanchezarroyo6715 I haven't had any issues with thermals under heavy loads. Fan isn't loud either. But one con I've noticed since having it for a month now is the keyboard is not very responsive, which is frustrating when gaming. Sometimes you have to double tab a key to get it to work, which has nearly gotten me killed in Minecraft

Personally how are temperatures on the keyboard at high loads

The upper keyboard area gets pretty hot but the temps are actually really good. It gets hot because its aluminum casing and its actually good because it means the heat is spreading out more, its not hot enough to be uncomfortable while typing though.
