This was 👍!! Thanks for this interview. So informative. As a 60+ year old I learned alot. Also I'm super annoyed that as a culture we don't do enough to educate/ empower women in this area. I'm really appreciative of your efforts Dr. Seeman to educate us!

This was a really great interview. Reveals just how much distance and ways we have to go with research and education. The one thing which did strike me is that her approach is still based upon medication, so maybe if you have her on again, you can discuss dietary changes which impact libido.

Wage gap - people make less who accept less. Period. If a female doctor is willing to work for less I pay her less. Stop working for hospitals and go into private practice. Set your own rates. However, if a male or female doctor wants the security of a hospital, retirement, insurance benefits and so on, then they get paid less. All, repeat all workers should be at will contact workers. An employer doesn't pay your home owners insurance or car insurance so they should be involved in something as private as medical insurance. Be it a plumber, carpenter or doctor we need to be at will contact workers. Each of my patients are my boss. It is a short term contracted service. My long term patients pay by retainer as are lawyers. People will pay if the care and service match the valve add model. The have to "feel" loved and cared for as a client, not just as a patient. PS - Insurance companies are destroying the health care system. I live and travel in South America, medical services are cheap. USA doctors are very well paid even in the lowest entry level positions. Big problem is over priced universities who have failed in their duties to be unbiased by government and lobbyist. All great ideas for future videos : )

Absolutely awesome conversation. Hope you have a follow up conversation. Key items to add: herpes and carnivore / keto diets (have been seeing a growing amount of outbreaks and frequency with my patients on carnivore / keto diets). A second topic to add regarding ED, "if" it is not medically related (smoking, drinking, diabetes, insulin resistance, CVD,...) In those cases with permission of both partners when it is a married couple, into bring in a young, firm, gorgeous female sexual therapist and in 85 out of 100 times I have done this, the man gets an erection. In 5 cases the male only got an erection when I brought in a male model. ED and divorce cases are highly connected. Major portion of couple are not with the person they want if they had the ability to choose anyone. This also goes for females. If give the choice of there husband or William Levy / Ricky Martin / Brad Pitt... And if it was a real possiblity to make the change, a massive amount of women would make the change. Obviously if the man was hard worker, kind, caring, genuine person. Major of couples end in divorce. Most all people have had a failed relationship while trying to find a spouse. Very successful, powerful females have an even harder time finding a spouse, especially if over 38, divorced and kids. ED and lack of female orgasms are more often than not, connected to life issues and the human struggle. However most people don't like to hear the truth or talk truth.

Pudendal is from the Latin for “parts to be ashamed of”?! I guess I can add that to Latin Words I Never Learned in High School. After watching this, I know there’s so much more I didn’t know-about me-of all people. The pay gap was really upsetting. The only place we rule is in Modeling. WTF?! Misogyny at its finest.
