such beautiful makes as always! If you're not 100% about the colourway for the Cove blanket how about committing just one evening to re-start the project in colours you think you'll like better: with a centre-square blanket it always seems to grow quite quickly in the beginning so hopefully you can build up enough to make a decision. After that evening, if you want to work on the new one more than the old one, you'll know what you really prefer! Another option could be to embroider/surface crochet a pattern over the centre if that's the area that's bothering you? I hope you have a lovely and relaxing time away!

Thank you so much, and thanks for your advice, I'll certainly give it some thought while I'm away. You're right it wouldn't take long to start again with it and if I love the colours I'm working with, I'll work on it more anyway to get to the point I was at originally. Have a lovely day 🥰

I have really enjoyed your podcast. I love the colours you have chosen for the Cove blanket. Your Harmony of Leaves scarf looks lovely. I have just finished one in 4 ply, and I tried out various size hooks, but settled on a 3mm hook and it was perfect❤. Have a lovely holiday, I can relate with you about packing projects xx

I've been getting a start on a Christmas project! I've made 2 little figures so far (just got to embroider their faces) but I've got a few more to make. We've just been up to Mull (have family there). It's lovely up there. Some places were still shut for the winter though, but I think places should be opening back up for Easter from what we heard. Just be aware you might need to pre book the ferry if you go as they can get quite busy. Have a great time whatever you do! xx

Good for you starting early, what figures are you making? I say every year that I should start round about now but then I get so distracted with everything else that I want to make. We won't be visiting Mull this time, we've even thought about doing it in the summer but not sure about the dreaded midge so we might have to wait until Autumn. It looks stunning so I am excited to go at some point. Aren't you lucky having family there? Thanks for watching my video, have a lovely evening xx

@@CraftyDragonflyCrochet I'm making the nativity by ricorumi, it's a book and there's a yarn pack I got to go with it. I'm making it as a gift but I may have to make myself one too! Yes it can get quite busy in the summer as well, which with the single track roads is not good 😂 might be a bit quieter in the Autumn but check when things shut for the winter! Think it was end of October/beginning of November when my MIL went up and things were starting to close but I could be misremembering the dates xx
