If you're like me, you spend a lot of time with your headphones on out metal detecting. It's something I'm absolutely passionate about and love to do, but all that time with headphones on, out in the sun, sweating in them, etc takes a toll. Over time, the pads start to wear out and need replacing. The battery eventually stops taking a lasting charge as well. This is a very simple video that will show you how to go about doing that, and the options I chose to use for mine. The pads and battery are both very easy to replace, and will prolong the life of your headphones. It's also a LOT cheaper than getting new ones.
Again, this isn't a fancy how to, more of a I did this and I'm showing you but if you have questions, please ask and I'll try to help.
