Was at 253 a couple years ago. I was out of control and not making the right choices. I decided to go on a weight loss journey by cutting back on a lot of carbs, shrinking my portions and going on walks. Now I’m at 237 and planning on getting to 220.

In the beginning of 2018 I was 230 and am currently hovering at 190. I’m not as active as I used to be but I’ve been losing weight through healthier eating habits. Just need to exercise more. These kinds of videos are real eye openers and they make me want to make some more positive changes.

It's so easy for Doctor's to tell a patient they need a specialist to take care of the problem. It's so hard for a patient to follow up if they can't afford it. If I can't figure it out for myself, then I would rather die, than put my family on the streets because of medical bills.

Hey doc this may be strange but I got a random question so I been suffering from back pain and I can’t stand and walk for 5 mins without pain on my back the doctor said I have tight hip flexors pulling my back forward something similar to anterior pelvic tilt that’s what is causing the pain in my back due to the hip muscles being so tight I was wondering if there’s anything I should do to help loosen the muscles in my hips like any exercises I should do so I came to ask you and see ur opinion sorry if you can’t answer this doctor I’m just tired of not being able to walk without pain

The guy with the huge scotum, I understand whey he hasn't seen a medical professional, I assume anyway, the embarrassment for one but the cost, I know that medical cost in the US are huge and I don't watch to assume but by the looks of the house they live in I don't see them being able to afford the exorbitant cost of health insurance, at least that covers specialty service, and while I know you say Jordan that ED will see someone the doesn't exlcude the possibility that the costs of any treatment will be beyond most peoples ability to cover. And Unfortuantly the US has a lot of TV shows that will exploit these people and the fact that they may see 10-15k just for being filmed is enough incentive to do it and not seek further help.

I am 1.72 cm, in my case my limit was to weigh 115 kg, after that I diet and exercise now at a healthy weight of 65 kg. It requires a lot of effort and sacrifice.

2 years ago, (I'm 22 now) I used to be 450 lbs...I am now 357 and I'm slowly working my way down. No surgery has happened yet but I have been in contact with many doctors and I have found ways to help me lose weight. It's slow and debilitating at times, but I know it's gonna work out in the end

Excessive thirst is a sign of diabetes; that said it's not necessarily exclusive to the obese. My father and his father had diabetes and they were both skinny.

I feel like a lot of those people might have a problem with hospitals and the bills that they get from going to the ER and stuff for care. I remember back in June of 2022, when I had phenomena , I didn't go by ambulance, but I had my Mom drive me to the ER, to avoid the ambulance fee. We waited 14 hours, vs immediate care (by ambulance) , but I was eventually seen... got to see the medical helicopter come in once, so... yeah.

If you really want an exact weight limit to be boarderline fat, I'd say exactly being 300 pounds is being boarderline fat. Thank God I'm only 220lbs at most and not scrawny.

Люди с лишним весом знайте вы такие же люди как и другие, да есть люди с отклонениями которые будут над вами глумится но знайте что хороших людей больше, я верю в вас что вы сможете похудеть а кто не хочет худеть это ваше дело и и не кто не вправе вас за это осуждать, многим худым людям больше нравятся люди с лишним весом, самое главное не бросайте самого себя любите себя ками вы есть.
