First of all, the claim about "american quality of service" - the quality of the service, while somewhat regulated by the government, still a privatised business within the US and as so you're basically rolling the dice about what quality of service you get, wherever you are, and the average quality is, at least usually, also dependent on resources available, which, in an indian reservation which is treated by the US government very nearly as another country entirely, this'll mean whatever hospital is present, it is going to be as rural and low-supplied as possible. Let's ignore that though! Let's say, you get the usual, US average experience. Coincidentally, on the healthcare rankings by country, the US is ranked #33 in the world, while mexico is, ironically, #22. So whateverthefuck your claim is, you might wanna try better As far as picking an european country to get my healthcare sorted, luckily this doesn't have to concern me thanks to the EU regulations and integrations allowing my insurance to work in any EU country or many others which are a part of the european economic area, allowing for free movement of people, capital, material and others, which means that, among others, the EU has a robust system of approval of any new drugs and treatments, which, while they may not be available everywhere all at the same time, are there available to be accessed by those who need it even IF they are out of country. The question isn‘t „would you rather have social security and insurance in the US or in the EU or wherever else“ , no, the question is „would you rather have surgery here or there“ . So it is not about any of your regulations. It is purely from a perspective of where will you get the better surgeon/treatment. The country with the best surgeons in the world, is the USA. This is nothing new, you can gladly look it up if you‘re uninformed. Also, american indian hospitals, although some might not be on the same level as John Hopkins, many like the one in Chicago are very advanced and specialized. On the other hand, you have mexican hospitals, with variation on quality. Sure, some mexican ones can be very good. But there are also many, which are either understaffed or underfunded. So all in all, this has a) nothing to do with race and b) nothing to do with any of the regulations you have been crying about. Also, you talked a whole lot of „Healthcare rankings“. Healthcare ranking does not directly correlate with quality of care. You have both of those a bit mixed up. You completely missed the point and even arrogantly and confidently even liked your own comment, when all you did was write a whole lot of nothing, because your answer had mostly nothing to do with the question.
