Great review Shervin, I love the look of this rower. Hopefully the team takes the feedback of making the screen a bit brighter.

I’m on my college’s rowing team, so I’m really glad to see some rowing content on here. I do like to see that the smartwatch integration but overall I would still choose a concept 2 rower (that doesn’t have that integration) over this one. Overall from what I could tell from my teammates most of them prefer chain driven rovers over strap driven rowers just over just because you can feel exactly when that chain engages with that gear and you also don’t have any fear of the chain breaking (or at least not as much as the strap based rowers). The water opens up the rower to much more variability as the competition rower noticed as well. It would be cool to see you check out a concept 2 rower.

Rowers are a great. I much prefer them to treadmills or indoor bikes. The only issue I see that isn't addressed here is the durability of these. The Concept2 seems to be the one most people go for since it lasts so long.

Yeah everything on this looks great other than the wheels and track, not sure how long that would last. Would be cool if you could use this screen on the concept 2.

Concept 2 also holds its value. I bought one during Covid. Used it for months but kept it in great condition. Sold it for as much as I paid for it new from c2 once I moved to a building with a gym.

it's 500lbs for the main rower and 320 for the lite rower

The membership makes this extremely expensive. I have a treadmill that was pretty expensive and has iFit. It is too expensive and they only discount family memberships, so I now just use it powered off (which I hope isn't damaging it).
