I am on my 4th garmin watch now, the FR 35. Even being one of the low range watch for Garmin, this one is excellent. I had the FR 25, and the one before that one, and even the first vivo fit that came out. For a moment I thought about buying an apple watch, but my main focus is training, and Garmin already gives me ALL the data I need. Also, the battery life on Garmin is so good! I highly recommend it.

Weighing yourself will not be accurate! You could weight more but it means you’ve gained muscle and lost fat, so you’re not overeating.

Congrats on your time! I did my first marathon in Ventura a few days ago. Ended up with 3:30. Barely missed the cut off for sub 3:30. Next time though! 😎

I dont understand why your apple watch ultra is so buggy. Ive never faced issues like that ever. Crossing my fingers🤞🏻

1 day battery life for a high-end training watch is definitely not "good enough" in my opinion.

0:12 Whenever I look it says at least in Germany that 42 is average and you simply can't get any bigger than that and if you do then it's too tight!

4:04 My thought was, would a sole with a maximum point of only 10 mm be able to keep out stones or even shards of glass or would they go through smoothly like with CROCS Classic, for example! I can't really imagine protection there, especially not with my ~ 116 kg = ~ 256 lbs! And my splayed flat feet, how will they get back at me if I walk with them for a long time!

A great tip to set up a focus mode called training, Account automatically play music list Who can call you or text you other stuff too that’s great for not being disturb during workout session.

Is there a online training site that you’d recommend? Currently training for a half marathon, but would like to also get into some triathlon stuff, but don’t know how to create a good regimen for it.

The BedJet is NOT a cooling machine like the Water ones. The Bedjet will ONLY get as cool as the temperature of your bedroom. I know this cuz I bought it and the first night it would only get down to 77 degrees even though I had the temperature on the unit set to 66 degrees. The message on the bedjet remote stated "the temperature cannot go below the ambient temperature of the room". I called customer support and they said this is not an air conditioning type unit and since it pulls in the air from the room, the room would have to be at 66 decrees. So basically the Bedjet is just a very expensive bed FAN. So I am returning this unit. I think you should have included this KEY fact in your review. Thankfully Bedjet will be returning all my money!!!

I generally set my calorie counting app to the lowest activity level to establish my budget and incorporate the use of a power meter on my bike to supplement the HR readings to get what I guess is the most accurate estimation of my expenditure and budget to shed weight. in my experience, if it seems easy to stay within your budget, you are eating too much to cut weight.
