Could you do some talk about esports type mice and pads? (ie, Zowie, Steelseries, Logitech, Razer) I play games semi-professionally and im very concerned about rsi and such

use wrist excersises such as rolling your wrists in a circle when your hand is in a fist, and semi-circles when your palms are extended down and rotate

hey Alan, Thank you very much. That's such a helpful and contentful video. I just bought a logitech vertical mouse a week ago and I am waiting for it to be delivered. I would love to understand better the ergonomics of it, as they are often recommended as "the most ergonomic" option by forums and youtube videos. Thank you again for the excellent video.

Hi, do I need a mousepad, and which mousepads would you recommend? Here are some factors for concern : - a smooth, wooden table with lots of space for me to slide my mouse around. - a Bluetooth mouse with a 2.4ghz transmitter (Logitech mx master 3) , I use it very often. - 43inch monitor in front of me, connected to a MacBook pro. Thanks for the video and your time !

Wrist only movements are best for pointer accuracy because S1mple the top 1 csgo player aims that way. This scenario(11:09) is the most interesting, still no idea how to maximize ergonomics
