Great exercise review with a whole body look/evaluation. Some times start upright to get them moving the scapula on the rib cage then progress to prone

Great work. What are your thoughts on placing the ipsilateral foot on the ground. I've found this helps to stabilize the entire movement, plus we can focus on creating creating intra-abdominal pressure...Just a thought!

In many cases I think shirt off would make things clearer. Modesty has to take second to clarity of movement .

What's your opinion on a YTWL set for just 3 reps each with 5 lbs (and still resting between movements if necessary). I do this as part of my warmup on upper body days. I can't see how it would do any harm, but was curious to see if you thought it was a waste of time.

I am a big fan on your channel and your work. But in all honesty, the problem is the way most baseball players throw. Throw submarine or underhand. It will save your arm and your shoulder.
