That EttaVee flower art cover looks like something I could frame and hang on my wall as art--it is SOOO beautiful! 💖And so is the In Bloom softbound planner. Gorgeous lesson planners!

I relabel the monthly boxes every year. We start our homeschool year in July and it just makes sense to me with a July start date to have it start with July, but I totally get the starting at different months and wanting consistency. I really like that the in bloom version that I got has more lines for the monthly boxes because I use it to pre-plan our year/themes/Brave Writer choices, and extra lines are definitely helpful!

I use checklists in homeschool to track each chapter in a curriculum that we completed. Also use to track hours each week.

Lovely review. I won’t get a teacher planner but the record book is so needed. Love the sticker book. Also for those thin washi type stickers I take the backing off of those pages and makes it’s easier to get them up. Thank for reviewing ☺️

Just when I had my heart set on the Colorblends Agenda, you show me that gorgeous colorful floral cover. I have considered teacher planners before as I can easily see how they would work for categories I use.

You can also go over sharpie with dry erase marker! Scribble over it, wait a few seconds, and then wipe it away!

@@AmandasFavorites As a teacher, I've seen MANY a student get confused and use the wrong marker to answer something on the board (or... on their desk surface). I usually end up getting the sticker books, pens, etc. when they have a sale. And then can use coupons, etc. to make the total cost also less. So I am not in a rush to have to get some items when they first come out. And I can even go to my local EC store (I am lucky to be near one) and pick up items there.

Typing as I watch...I adore that Etta Vee cover. I also love the communication log. I feel like that would be great for a business planner or even a personal planner. I know I am always outreaching in my day to day life to get issues resolved.

I'm so happy about the separate checklist book. I keep paper attendance and gradebook. It makes things easier while grading and inputting grades since we use two platforms to submit work for students and the official gradebook. Not to mention in person submissions.

I am so excited. I am a new teacher this next school year. I can't wait. I use an EC planner for my home/children/business. I am unsure which style of teacher planner. How do you organize all of your markers, pens, pencils and highlighters? I find myself stressing when I have them all in a bag. Help. I wish they would leave the months blank on the yearly calendar pages.

I might order the pens since I like pens. And with a 15% off coupon and the get "4+ accessories and get another 15% off", then the price will only be about $11.20 for a pack of the 6. Almost worth getting to try out. Unless they do the "buy 3+ and get 20$" off like they did with launch week. 🤞🤞

I really, really wish they would do a vertical layout for this planner- that’s the only way I’d be able to use it because I have so many meetings and need an hourly, weekly view 😢

Very true to both;) But the EC Target undated teacher planner works better IMO then relabeling them all;)

I love that Etta Vee cover! So pretty! I truly wish I had known that Erin Condren did teacher planners the year I did homeschooling. It would've been so much easier to be organized then! I am considering getting the one from Target to use as a family planner in addition to the a5 ring planner I have lined up for the '22/'23 school year. Both have been back in public school for a couple of years now and we are about to be busier than ever this next Fall.

If not said already, you could use a dash, \, to do scoring. For example: 25\30. To me, just having to get the pen for that would take too long if you have more than a few to do.

I wish they had sent you a 7 x 9. It’s a definitely an option for our homeschool since our kids do seven subjects, it’s perfect! The checklist book I would not utilize but it’s a cool idea.

Yes! I wish I had the 7x9 to share too! But it only came in the Focused line I believe- I wish they offered it in the Harmony also.

Thank you for this! I am not a teacher but I really like that Cool for School sticker book. I might order it and probably wouldn't have if you didn't show it. So I'll use your link of course :) Also, the dual-ink markers are different colors. The fine end is slightly darker so you can write over top of the chisel end for a monochromatic look. I mean, that might not be the official line from EC but I think that's the purpose.

I have been considering using this as my homeschool planner. I would love to see an updated video of how you use it in homeschooling if it’s what you are currently using. I watched a previous video from 2017/18 I think, where you ended up preferring your Google sheets vs the planner. Last year I also used similar sheets for each kid, but we are attending a co-op where I am teaching a few classes and I want to find something that will allow me to plan, homeschool, co-op, and monthly appointments or family related activities so everything is in one planner and not have multiple different ones. If you are using the teacher planner can you share more of how you have personally used it? Thanks in advanced!

Hey Candice:) I don't think I am the best to share how I have used it since I only homeschool one child now and his curriculum is part online and the rest he really just goes lesson by lesson. I keep an EC notebook that I have been keeping since we started in First grade just to keep track of what we use and what books we read each year and any other big notes I want to keep from the year. I am not using the teacher planner right now because it's more than I need. I have used it for 2 years out of the past 5 years that I have been running my channel. This year I shared in my Quarterly planning update Q1 video that I have been using the EC A-5 softbound Horizontal planner to keep track of what lessons he is on and that size is perfect for what I need;) Plum Paper makes a lot of different teacher and student layouts. If this one won't work for you I would check them out:) I have many plum paper review videos- But I can't remember doing a teacher planner from them. I think I have done an academic planner. Hope that helps some;) best of luck finding what will work for you!

If you go to the EC site the Etta Vee cover just shows a name. So maybe that saying/name is a personalization option. And you can get it without any writing possibly. Would be nice if the Colorblends looking one was plain as well.

I have yet to order a teacher planner. They come with the same "Welcome pack" that the Lifeplanners come with? The 20% off coupons and the rest? Wonder if they would/will include the Back To School flyer again with the 15% off code on it. More coupons not hurt orders at all. 😁😉

I just looked through my stack of stuff that came in the planners- they don't come with the same pack that life planners do with the 20% off coupons.

I agree! Teachers need coupons. Maybe they were just left out of my early launch box? I would ask EC customer service to make sure.

@@AmandasFavorites - I did ask if they include a Welcome pack like they do in the Lifeplanners. And was told: "Oh, unfortunately, there will be no welcome kits for purchases with Teacher Lesson Planners as the welcome packs are for the first orders only and the extra packets are for the LifePlanners only (EC Signature Planner)." So possibly no. Unless the rep misunderstood me.

That heart stamp dual tip marker is an Insider gift along with a Colorblends Teacher lanyard. Supposedly the pen is a $5.25 value. And the lanyard is a $10.50 value. The pen bought alone is overpriced if the 6 pen pack is $15.50. The 6 are only about $2.58 each in a pack. But the one heart is 2x that price.
