Thank you for the advice! :) You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. Habit will sustain you whether you're inspired or not. Successful people are simple those with successful habits. We get to reach where we are now because of what we constantly do productively each day.

The soft skill I will focus on strengthening is confidence. For some reason I get embarrassed if someone asks about my prayer journals. I tell them about them; but I want them to see the passion I feel conveyed when I talk
@augustasescobar4191
@augustasescobar4191 4 жыл бұрын
Start by choosing your favorite prayer in your journal the one that when you wrote it came from a deep and personal space and experience choose THAT one to speak about when people ask you about your prayer journal......n see what happens!!!!! I Encourage you to make more of those prayer journals and if you are evolved in church start there . Just a small conversation with one of the members ( usher board or Announcement speaker etc) let them k om about your prayer journals and if any member wants to purchase them you have your contact information on hand. You will be surprised at how many people need what you are offering and will support you! I believe in you ....you got this!!! Peace and Blessings🖤

You definitely smile-talk, which is probably why I subscribed because you seemed friendly like you were giving girl talk advice. 7. My biz coach Sheri Otto calls the "elevator pitch" a "unique positioning statement". 10. I'm humbling down now with my business. I wanted to figure out my own way and I pretty much tried every idea I thought would work until I came to terms that my competition is actually what will help succeed me since they've became successful already in what they're doing. I won't copy them exactly because I'm still me with my own angle, but I will take some of their unspoken advice. A lot of this is about growing up and maturing. Starting a business will surely bring out your insecurities and they must be addressed to succeed.

The 2 tops skills I want to work on this following month are confidence and work ethic. I tend to shut down my own ideas quickly or stay stuck in my head when something goes wrong. I know that I lack confidence to keep pushing forward and remember that mistakes are there to help me grow/learn. & I’ve always had a strong work ethic when it comes to 9-5 jobs. But lately I’ve been working at a job where I make my own hours, running multiple businesses, and I’m exhausted. But I’m exhausted because I haven’t been prioritizing putting forth the right balance between all the things I’m trying to juggle. I really loved this video, literally about to rewatch so I can absorb as much as possible. Thank you for all your hard work ♥️

Yaaass! Initiative and being a self-educator is vital! No employer wants a helpless employee. Not saying don't ever ask questions or ask for help... but only after you've done some of the leg work. Intelligent questions are way different than lazy ones! Thank you for this video! I've just started my own marketing business from home. April I had 1 client. May, I'm slated with a referral agency that's bringing in small tasks for multiple customers... but it's something. I'm hitting hard on the cold calls and reaching out to other businesses. Those soft skills you mentioned will come in handy. I'm glad I found you!

The two main things I'm trying to learn is how to effectively communicate and being able to reach out and ask other people for assistance. It's like I know all the things I want to say when posting my content, but when it comes down to me putting it into words my brain is like (HUH?) smh lol Lastly, I take pride in being independent, but w/ recently launching my boutique I realized that I cannot do/learn everything on my own. It's essential for me to look to others for help and guidance.

Subscribed today after watching for the past month or so. I’m with you...it’s scary running the show, but it’s how we grow and How we are challenged. I find that by pushing through the scary parts, the good stuff reveals itself on the other side. I’m in a scary phase right now, but after 3 years I keep pushing. Eventually it all comes together. I look forward to more great stuff from you.

This was so unbelievably helpful. My business partner and I are just starting out with out channel and our business and some days it definitely feels like we’re flailing. For me, if I know what THEME of skills to work on, the details tend to unfold. Placing a higher value on some of these points like the look, posture, and ultimately confidence has definitely flown under the radar. I’m willing to focus on those aspects and see what fruit they present. Thank you!

Love the tips Erin. We've been working on pushing content as we are traveling and networking. Clients come first and we are looking forward to the seeds we have planted this year. They sprout daily so we are sure you know that feeling of when things are climbing as well as teaching along the way. We can't stand sending something with grammatical errors but sometimes we do when very excited! R-reading is a must. Thankfully the relationships we built and work we produced covered that trust and understanding lol..

BUT with my own business I give myself the short end of the stick, I can be inconsistent, unorganized, etc etc.. so yes I’m definitely glad I watched this and that’s one of the soft skills I’ll be sure to perfect.

I've been at work binge watching your channel for most of my day. What I need to work on most is small talk. There's a show I watch on Entrepreneur network called elevator pitch. It's similar to shark tank but the business owners have to explain their business and what they would like from the investors in 60 seconds while on an elevator. I'm trying to work on explaining my business in 2 mins or less. Happy I found your channel🙌🏾 Starting my 2020 off right!

This was so EXCELLENT!! Thank you for taking the time out to drop such amazing gems for us because you have the best interest in us. Soft Skill that I can work on is WORK ETHIC. I work so hard for someone else but I don’t put in even half of the effort for my business. Is there a reason why I work so hard to please others, but not myself? Maybe I should be in a different profession. Possibly a profession that assists with people becoming a better person of themselves because I find joy in seeing other people happy?

This video was needed. I love your energy and appreciate your knowledge. There are more than one of these skills i need to work on, as someone who is working to get a new business off of the ground. I need to definitely work on my confidence and my courage. This year, 2020, is forcing me to do just that....and i like it.

Erin, you really delivered a well spoken and quality content filled video. Thank you! Leaving comments is one way I try to practice my skills. Can I leave a comment that is not the general remark saying thank you?How about saying thank you in a way that'll attract the author's attention. You go girl!
