Ernie shows off the dashboard of The Sunbum, as well as his car, or rather bus, stereo. On rock and roll: "The beat is pretty good, but it doesn't make sense.

Ernest was very kind to me when I was pumping gas in Oregon 20 years ago. He came in to fill up and we chatted for awhile. He noticed that I have a Hispanic name so he started chatting in Spanish. His spanish was better than mine. Back then I only knew of him because I loved Airwolf as a kid. I've never met anybody like him since. These videos are a treasure. Thank you.

It's nice to see this old pro so happy. He's right, that's what it's all about, just doing something you love and enjoying the occasional moments of transcendence.

We need a remake of Emperor of the North 🚂🚃 🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃 directed by Clint Eastwood staring Harrison Ford as the shack Daniel Day Lewis as a number one Leonardo DiCaprio as cigarette. battle it out at breakneck speed in EMPEROR OF THE NORTH.

Sure miss this fellow. He always reminded me of my Uncle Royce. Another fellow I miss. I remember in the 1960's waiting for Mc Kale's Navy with my Dad, to come on. My Dad loved that show. My Dad retired from the US Navy in 1970. All 3 of these fine fellows are no longer with us and I really miss them.

All the great actor's are gone now; Earnest Borgnine, Lee Marvin, Telly Savalus, Charles Bronson, Betty Davis, just to name a few. What I did not know how down to earth he was. I've never have watched Monty. If I have the chance to watch it again I certainly will.

Marty, to me, was his best movie. What your watching is the real Ernie, just like what he was probably like in real life at that age.

It is crazy how much my Dad also resembled Ernest when my Dad was in his older age. Sadly my Dad died at 69 and didn't get to enjoy life as fully as Ernest. RIP both of you, until we meet again.

He's right, nirvana never made any sense- Sucked then- Sucks now- Depressing soul-less music from rainy seattle- Course Cobain had to go out like Morrison and Joplin right?
