Ernie engine runs smooth! You were complaining about the cab noise Fendt 1167. You should record 12 hour engine sound of Ernie and play on the Bluetooth when your drive the Fendt 1167.

Really love the look and stance of that 1135, brings back some childhood memories of growing up on the farm. Not bashing any make or models of tractors, but in my book, back in the day, Massey Fergusson produced the best all around tractors.

It’s probably a good thing for that 1135 to sit a run a pretty good load, run at operating temperature and burn any buildup out of it. That’s a pretty sharp 1135. Pretty impressive that the auger takes over 100 PTO Horsepower. Thanks for the Videos, Mike. You guys have a safe harvest.

Yep all depends on how long it is and how high up it has to go to use the hp, which would be pretty high load.

Some of the PTO wobble is probably caused by the ends of the shafts not being parallel, could be eliminated with CV joints or a double U joint (wide angle) driveshaft

We have a MF 1100 no cab it was a work horse for our farm for many years I use to pull a disc with it but mostly it sat on the blower blowing either hay or corn up into the silos running wide open all day now it just sits in the back of the shed we also have 2 smaller ones to now the cows are gone and everything sits what a shame
@crandonborth
@crandonborth 8 ай бұрын
Yeah you definitely hear more of that these days especially with dairy consolidating and small farms either quitting or getting bought up by the big guys. Small dairy is dead these days that’s just the facts it’s not profitable anymore so unfortunately you see more and more old tractors just parked in the shed and forgotten about.

If that tractor was mine, I would mark the temp gauge range(where it was running) and instruct any other operator to shut it down, and look for a problem, if it ever went higher than that mark. My experience tells me overheating causes more dollar damage that lack of lubrication. Unless the dipstick operator forgot to check the dip stick!
