+23whiz you know where else you can learn it? Deez nutz son deeeeezz nutz
@sekahkiller8 жыл бұрын
+FARK HEAD No I don't. But I practice Krav Maga and it's quite simple to do. First you need to know that this is a close distance strike (so are elbow and knee strikes). If the distance is extremely short, you need to open your hand and hit your target with that part between your thumb and your point finger (like Denzel did). Now, if your target is a little further (and you should maybe avoid that strike) then you might want to use the tips of all four fingers (extending your hand and arm toward your opponent's throat). If so, you might need to shorten the distance by moving one foot while the other stays to the ground for weight transfer best balance of your body. Like a normal punch, you should rotate your shoulders and hips so that your whole body gives the strike. Oh yeah, one last way to do it is to literally punch vertically (this is often used for knife defense).

+23whiz If you honestly want to learn boxing would be a good start for your fundamental training. It's practical and effective with plenty of foot movement.

Denzel's acting is too good for words....still mad about him not winning the Oscar for Malcolm X but, as Kermit the Frog says, that's none of my business.
@ews03309 жыл бұрын
No doubt he was amazing in X... but have you seen scent of a woman? I dunno I thought pacino deserved the Oscar
@anasherrell34509 жыл бұрын
John Dillinger scent of woman was an excellent movie...no doubt , but when compared to X and Denzel portrayal, it was mediocre. Al Pacino deserved an Oscar, but not for Scent of a Woman

I especially love the part where he says "I don't remember where he said he was going becuase I was like half sleep." Do know why it's just the way he said it was so genuine.

Denzel Washington's been hitting the heavy bag, sparring, and working out in boxing gyms since he was ten years old--real deal. He doesn't train like a boxer, he is a boxer.

You must be a jerk in your personal life if you think her older brother got what he deserves. I'm against overprotective brothers, but he had the right to be scared for his sister in that one scene. It's like how I would say anyone who likes the show The Sopranos and then say it's because they like the main character I would also call a racist. I think a person can like The Sopranos and not be a racist, as long as they look at it as a character study and only care about what happens next, but if a person only likes the show because they relate to the main character who is a racist, then the person watching the show is a racist. A person liking a fictional character can tell you a lot about a person.
