This is why you not only have to check the fuel pressure valve with the multimeter, since it may be faulty and the multimeter gives us correct values, also use a battery.

Measuring a low resistance using the 200 mega ohm range of a test meter doesn't tell you anything at all. Use a lower range.

Mine reads 2.6 ohms , tested the electrical part and it works , what value should the resistance be for this particular sensor

It is different depending on the part, check that pressurized fuel reaches the injectors

Здравствуйте. Подскажите есть такая же проверка мультиметром регулятора давления топлива в рампе Y74? Что должно показывать на мультиметре при исправном регуляторе? И должен ли исправный регулятор так же щелкать при подаче питания от акб, как на этом видео с Y94?

Можно разобрать и почистить шлифовать но она будет работать только на время лучше купить новый.

Does this test work while the sensor is still installed on the fuel rail? I did the test a couple times when it was on the fuel rail and got no clicking at all

This sensor is on the diesel pump not so? The sensor on the rail looks a bit different. The sensor on the rail is for fuel pressure while the one on the pump is the fuel pressure regulator. Im about to remove mine and replace it because I've noticed sluggish throttle response and the codes im getting was for fuel pressure or something like that. Can't recall exactly

Короче, все эти проверки с проводочками и аккумулятором полный бред. У меня есть 3 регулятора давления топлива Y74. Из них ни один не щелкает при подаче тока напрямую с акб. 2 шт б.у. не рабочие, не издают звуков при подключении к фишке на авто. 3й новый оригинал Бош, он рабочий и издает жужащий звук только при подключении фишки на авто. Внутри этих регуляторов все плотно и щелкать там нечему. Теперь конкретно о регуляторах y94, которые на данном видео, имею 2 шт б.у., да они щелкают от акб, по мультиметру показывают рабочее сопротивление, при подключении на авто жужжат, но работают оба с перебоями. Если внутри клапанов износ механических частей, то они не будут работать правильно, но по питанию будет все исправно! И данные способы которые на видео могут только сломать регуляторы до конца по электрической части.

Can I do this with the fuel pump attached to the car? My plan was to unplug the wiring then use the multi meter and then check for the clicking sound.

@@car-parts2.011 thanks for the advice. On my Skoda 1.6FsI engine, the valve is part of the fuel pump and I don’t think it can come out on its own. The whole fuel pump has to be removed.

А зачем ты стучишь сильно по клеме аккамулятора? А на первом клапане легонько касаешься?

Звук издает электромагнитный клапан, а не клемма аккумулятора.

@@car-parts2.011 этот тест прям 1000% определяет, что регулятор давления неисправен если он не щелкает? Он же ведь импульсы получает с мозгов, а на мозги перед этим дает сигнал датчик давления в рампе.

Это довольно надежно, но если быть точнее, придется воспользоваться осциллографом.
