Escape From the Ice. I'm filming from new location today. I explain what's been going on. We had a doctor visit and thought things were going well and that things were finally starting to look up for JoAnn, then, in the very same afternoon, our hopes were dashed. I wish we could go into details, but legally we cannot. I was so infuriated that I lost it. I yelled and screamed and lost my voice and couldn't record videos and we gave into some stress eating. So I screwed up my whole 30 days of raw and I apologize for that. But it is a year long journey, and I'm looking into getting back into martial arts and being an athlete. Whether I do it all raw or just plant-based, I haven't decided. Then we had this lovely winter storm come through and we caught all the ice. We lost power and were very cold and without heat for 36 hours with outside temps in the teens and falling to the single digits. We are relatively new to the area and don't really know anyone. But a wonderful friend from the Atlanta area reached out to us. She saw the posts about the weather and felt bad for us and knew that JoAnn was injured so she invited us and Fen to come stay a few days and get warm. So I bundled up JoAnn and we propped her leg up for the 3 and a half hour trip. So we are here, we are warm and we are visiting our friend for a few days. I may make some videos while I'm here. We are exhausted, so this is a welcome reprieve. Thank you Anne!
