Nikki worked so hard on this one. I think I would be more prepared as a buyer when looking at a locations where I had a good idea of what I wanted. If you want a town location, no barn conversion, etc. then it should be easy. You have to see what is available when you are looking. All homes were lovely. I dont think Mrs. wants to move.

Poor Nikki! I don't think the couple had thought things through or done any research. They also contributed little to the conversation. Too bad they weren't weeded out. Hope they ultimately found what they wanted.

I liked the episodes where they showed them 4 houses the 4th being the mystery house. I think its more realistic expecting them to really like one well enough to put in an offer with 4 and i hate that crap after the first house where they waste time doing stuff outside lol

It's so very hard to come up with a wish list if you've never lived anywhere else. Until you've gone looking, everything is in the abstract. You just don't know until you've experienced the houses from inside.

Nikki is a fabulous host and came up with some brilliant houses in this episode. The couple were a dampner though. Clearly the lady preferred living in a town so it was strange they signed up for countryside viewings. That said, kudos to ETTC, you are not afraid to show the mixed bag and that is commendable.
