It’ll never be dead lol hah no. It’s just that the league is going through another transitioning phase. They created the ‘supermax’ and ‘2nd apron’ to counter superteams being formed, pretty obvious. But it still happening, hence what Phoenix & the Celtics virtually with KP & Holiday did..

lol, Divencenzo, in my opinion is the perfect shooting guard for this roster. That said, I think she was trying to say, he can’t be your 1b. I agree with Windy and have been saying the same thing, they need a guy who is a little bit bigger that can score, but doesn’t care so much if he does or doesn’t, like Randle. I think Randle cares as much about his stats as he does winning, which is not great for chemistry.

JT is suffering from his young success. He was going up against prime Lebron then broke through for a finals run. He’s doesn’t get a pass for last year but we shouldn’t measure him by being a 19-24 year old and not being able to get over two of the greatest players in their prime in Curry and Bron but the time is definitely now. They have the best team but people talking about making major changes is crazy. Brown and JT still in their mid 20s. This the age when bron and Jordan started to win championships

The difference is one of those guys turned the worst team in the league into a Dynasty with his greatness. The other had to leave to learn how to win, but then came back to that not good team and put them over the top. Tatum has been on a top 3 team in the East every single year since he was a rookie and has nothing to show for it. They have massively underperformed expectations almost every year. That's why he gets so much flak, because the odds have been stacked in his favour and he still hasn't made the most of it yet. With his situation, he could, and probably should, be a 2 time champion already at his age.
@Agyaremay1
@Agyaremay1 12 күн бұрын
@@deadlyninjafish They only underachieved last year with a rookie head coach and that was going to game 7 of the ECF finals. Only other year you can point too is the 2022 season and even then literally NO ONE picked them to win it that year and they were .500 midway through the season. He was super inefficient and turnover prone in the finals but still averaged 22,7,7 for the series at 24.
@stephenpatrick2535
@stephenpatrick2535 12 күн бұрын
@@deadlyninjafish he was going up against prime Lebron, a top 5 player of all time at age 19-22. He was actually over performing when he entered the league then made the finals at age 24. Last two years they underperformed but overall he’s had more success than several all time greats at his age. MJ, KD, Shaq were 28 when they first won. Bron and Curry 27. KG,Dirk, and Hakeem didn’t win till the 30s. Tatum had so much success at a young age people are now using it against him. He’s 26 while others didn’t win a championship until older.

We haven't seen what this team could be at full strength yet. That's what's wrong with the NBA today, breaking up teams before they've had a chance to jell. This girl next to Molly is incredible asked if Anthony Edwards is the next face of the NBA and Austin Rivers gave a great answer. Then this woman says LeBron and that he's the face, but Ant's the next face. I'm so sick of former athletes who know nothing let alone listening to the question. If the Wolves drafted Bronny James (huge mistake) next, year LBJ would do anything to play with Wolves. Most of us are tired of him a championship chaser who'll never be Kobe or MJ. I think I speak for all Minnesota fans, stop talking about LeBron as if he is the only player in the league and keep him away from our squad, NO THANKS!

Boston has an easy straight shot to the Finals. The only East teams that would've given Boston a competitive series are the Bucks & 76ers, but Giannis was hurt & Embiid was coming back from injury. You need top tier superstars to compete with the best teams, Giannis & Embiid are just better than everyone else in the East, they're the top 2 players in the East. I think the Bucks would've given Boston another epic 7-game series like it was in 2022. Bucks/Celtics were 2-2 against each other in the regular season, & the Bucks blew them out twice. But now, all Boston has to worry about is the West. Boston has the experience advantage, but Tatum & Brown are so inconsistent. Lol.

@iBGalaxy 12 күн бұрын
Celtics were on a Timberwolves back to back for the Bucks blowout in the regular season. Also the Giannis Bucks are 1-2 vs the Celtics in the Playoffs. The only Bucks win was when Kyrie was on the Celtics. The Celtics have beaten Embiid 4 times (4-0) in the Playoffs, with all Simmons, Maxey and Harden iterations. The Celitcs also won the East by the largest margin ever. Nobody in the East is on their level.

Nobody has it easy at this point of the season. The pacers are no slouch they showed resilience the whole playoffs. They have size, a rim protector and they push the ball every play. They can score with the best teams simply because of the pace they play at. Boston doesn't have a clear path to the finals

KD. I do not care what ‘anyone’ says, he’s a bit of a weenie. No-debates. Bro, stop team hopping, stay one place and actually ‘win’.. He literally made a superteam with Kyrie & Harden, and then, all of them bail. He now has Devin Booker, and he has Beal. He has enough. Win there, stop being so weak KD..

How do Knicks fans feel about targeting a major front court upgrade a la Domantas Sabonis, Alperen Sengun, Jaren Jackson Jr., all who could play the 4 or 5 ? Is there a possible scenario where Knicks package Randle+Robinson for a guy like this? They have options to play OG or Precious at the 4. Also could (and IMO, should) trade up to draft an NBA ready big to play some minutes up front (Yves Missi, anyone?). Resign Hartenstein as the backup center or use him as the starter with a Sabonis/Sengun/Jackson as the starting 4. and then the extra 10-15 min needed can be filled by a Sims/Achiuwa/new draft pick Etc...

I think I just gained some serious respect for Austin Rivers as an NBA Analyst from this video. I had my doubts the first time I seen him just like any other actual player but man FINALLY someone said what had been needed to be said. Once a team starts getting good all you hear from ESPN is analysts saying “oh they need to go get a star, what super star can they go get?” WHY?!?! The knicks have great talent and were banged up and injured. They stay healthy they are going to be a force next year. They are all starting to gel and click right now. Why risk messing that up? They just had some misfortunes that’s all. I hope AR retires now and does this full time! He is someone who speaks logically and real life and not like these other guys like they are playing franchise mode in NBA 2K

Thats crazy. the Knicks starters in this playoff run was there bench lol ..Consider OG, Randle and Robinson were starters til injuries ended there season. With OG, Randle and Mitch back in the starting lineup along with Brunson and Divo that leaves you with Hart, Hartenstein, Precious, McBride, Burks and Bogdanovich coming off the bench.. Knicks Depth is incredible when there not in the ER lol.. I do agree we can improve by upgrading if we can but we have great depth
