I'm almost 50 and I don't think I have ever seen 2 wire to wire wins in a season in this series. This was almost as good as sending Coach K out with losses to end his Cameron career and tourney career.

yeah and this isn't a strong UNC team in terms of talent and depth but I think experience played a role. I mean bacot and davis didn't have great games but UNC had it's older players still step up. Dook relies too much on one and dones and that hurts them in terms of winning the big ones.

Especially with both teams being ranked inside the top 10 in both games. I haven’t been this excited to see a tarheel team play in the big dance since 2009. Those 2016 & 2017 were really really good but this team might be great.

They obviously maintained the lead over Duke the whole game. How you finish the regular season is the main issue. As for the conference tourney and forward is whole different story.

Lefty WAS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR LACK OF PROGRAM CONTROL & the huge amount of drugs that his players were doing & falsified urine testing by his staff. Len Bias died from this program gone to crazy. But, this is the same for LSU's Dale Brown who HAD ZERO CONTROL with 90% of his players failing during their 4-yrs eligibility. He was even called before Congress since he had so many Scholarship & FAFSA students having a 1.50 or less during his last 15 yrs at LSU...... What I did not like is when RJ Davis lost the ball. He was try to do too much. Also, when Number 30 was in foul trouble, UNC should have went to Bacot to get the fifth foul.
