He is essentially playing Ole football, with a much more talented team and he's done a poor job at nearly every level of the job. He didn't discover Kobe Mainoo. Mainoo has been talked about for years and his performance in preseason, along with the abysmal performances of Casemiro, Amrabat and the general lack of depth in the role is what forced Mainoo. Ten Hag is one of the worst talent scouts I've ever seen. He cannot handle the media. It's a joke.
