Күн бұрынHello Fam, I will be taking you on an Estate Tour we will be looking at a Top Estate In Lagos Nigeria called Nicon Town in Ikate Lekki. This video is a continuation of my previous video on Nicon Town Estate Ikate Lekki.
We are completing our tour round Zone C and Zone B. Zone B starts about 12 minutes into the video.
Its a very Beautiful and secure Estate without fences, that lays emphasis on the green area and maintains a very high standard.

I can’t believe this is not America. The beauty of an estate is not based on standard buildings and roads alone but also the aesthetic beauty of its surroundings. I will visit this place when next I come home.

Your Kenyan subscriber here(you're going international my beautiful sis! 😄). As I pointed out in your first Nicon video. Nicon town estate floors those in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1 and Victoria Island. Paved roads, well manicured gardens and no exposed drainages with dirty overflowing water. From my observation, Nicon houses emulate most of the American housing designs, this is particularly true on the garage design and positioning

What I like about this neighborhood, is the contemporary style of houses, no tall fences with huge steel gates, streets not littered with dirt, lawns well manicured. Most of the houses are limited to a story or two story buildings. There are no abandoned vehicles on the roads blocking traffic. It looks quiet and the streets are not crowded with pedestrians. My guess is that these are single family homes. It would be nice to know what’s the average cost of homes in this neighborhood. Nice job Tolu 🌹👍🏾

I never knew there was an estate like this in Lagos, especially lekki not even Ikoyi. If not bcos banana island is banana island with the name and elites that love there, I would have said it's kind of finer than banana island. It's really a beautiful place. Nice covering sis 👍.

Wow. This is so beautiful. I don't even know what to write. Mrs Nazal thanks for your good work and thanks for showing us this very lovely estate. Any chance of you doing the same on Eman Estate Phase 1 and 2 please?. That fact that you did not rush through the estate is another that I so much enjoy. It gives you the chance to see the estate properly and to appreciate what you see. If I was that rich, I will surely relocate back to Nigeria to live in this lovely estate.

Nicon town is not in lekki! Nicon town is located at ikate! Most people that resides there aren’t chevron staffs they are random people like justice magistrate celebrity like don jazzy etc however you must have a very good job to reside there. Also there may be few staffs of chevron tho… I know lots of house owners and they are ceo etc . Im still yet to come across chevron staffs.

Nicon Town is in lekki so is ikate. Nicon is owned by Chevron cooperative and built by PW construction around 2006. Most lands where originally owned by Chevron staff and later sold or rented for profit. There are still Chevron staff in Nicon some retired tho. The area called lekki comprises of lekki phase 1, Oniru , Ikate, ilasan, femi okunu, osapa, Gbara, ologolo, Agungi all the way to Ajah Vgc for your information

Some of the well kept and manicured parts of the estate reminds me of some places one might find in Florida or maybe Atlanta emphasis on well kept, only that Yankee people don't play with the roads and gutters, you won't even know that the gutter is there. I am watching these commercials, hope you are getting the money. Thanks for these videos.

What a beautiful estate! Is there a size limit if you want to build a house? Like if I want to buy multiple plots of land (3+) and build 1 big house on it would that be allowed? This estate has built a word-class product in a prime location. I suspect commuting to VI, Marina, Mainland, and Ikoyi is relatively short at all times. It seems like the residents of this estate are not out and about. Even with the cars parked out front. I wonder if it’s international Nigerians that own here? I am very interested in this.

@@FERESE steel have friends in Lagos some one Nigerian and some one Italian. My home was in Ikeja and italian school at Ebutte Meta. Every day go slow at Ikorudu road galop street 😉 full of kiakia bus. The road where not like now. By the way have nice memory of my time in Nigeria. Also had some trouble but all country have nice and bad . Na so i'm also for a little part Youruba.....👍

Am just watching it for the first time. Very beautiful estate, I don't know the one I will rate higher between nicon town & pinnock beach estate. But what I don't like in the estate is that car ports are not built in front of the houses thereby exposing exotic vehicles to Scotch ☀ sun or is it part of the estate rules? Besides, in the 1st video, u said movie 🎥 shooting are not allowed in the estate, there after, u showed us an ongoing movie shooting, then one of the houses that was used in "king of boys" was also shown in the 1st video. I need more clarity about that. Above all, aunty Tolu, u did a nice job 👍👍💝💞💕. Have watched many videos on your channel, I did more than excursion in my room via your channel without leaving my room. 😂😀👍✌.

Its before Vgc if coming from lekki phase 1 its about 12km from nicon to vgc
