It's either l've left home a very long time or Oniru has developed in a short space of time. Oniru used to be the poor, noisy neighbours to Victoria lsland in the nineties, never this big or developed from memory..Feels like a proper neighbourhood, a mini city within a city now. Watching from England.Welldone! Thanks.

Oniru is now fully developed and extremely safe. Even though the endsars protest took place close by, oniru estate was never attacked.

Thanks Tolu for such lovely videos. I have been searching for such videos on KZfaq until I found you yesterday. You’re doing a wonderful job. Keep it up. My only recommendation and suggestions are that when you pass by those beautiful building so quickly it doesn’t allow us to to see well and appreciate those buildings. Please have time for those buildings so we can see them well. You Drive past them without capturing them properly. I have subscribed into your channel and have asked my friends to do same. I’m a Ghanaian living in Chicago, US.

Maroko's transmogrification into upscale Oniru has come a long way since the 90's, but till the ugly, open sore drainage system is covered up, it'll remain a wannabe. But the palace fencing looks good - I'd give a front tooth to see the inside of it. "Hi" from Delhi.

From the cold, wet and not so hmmm UK. Oniriu does not seem as congested and over subscribed like Osapa. Wide open spaces but once again not much open recreation spaces if any.

Hi Tolu, I am watching from United Kingdom. The Houses you are showing are Nice but there is only one problem! The solid fences put around houses in Nigeria ruins the architecture. The fence around Oniru Palace is good and well constructed. The Health Centre fencing should be standardized across the whole of Nigeria. Any body who cannot afford to follow that example should be barred by Town Planning Authorities.I think you would agree because your standards of presentation are highly rated from comments in your posts. Another thing you commented in a previous video is Garbage left in front of the buildings. What has gone wrong with the role of Local Government in Nigeria? There is no waste management and bad drainage means there is always standing water on the Roads. I saw the same thing 30 years ago living there and I think all State local governments need to get a grip on this problem. Thanks for posting!

Thank You so much for watching I really appreciate your contribution. I agree that the fences hide the beauty of the houses. The reason why most homes have these kind of fences is because of the need to feel safe and make it more difficult for intruders and thieves to break-in… that’s why some gated estates still have high fences…however there are some developers that put certain measures in place to ensure that their estate is secured, well managed and people abide by the building standard put in place which might include no fences or a certain height… pls stay on this channel subscribe and turn on your post notification and select “all”in some videos I will show you some estates with these rules.

All the same I have to be very honest with you, Nigeria is a very dirty country and city development isn't harmonized. Nigeria Nigeria Nigeria, just the name, nothing to encourage you.
