I’m so happy that you’re happy that you started therapy again! (I’m also in therapy, with the same/similar experience you’ve mentioned minus YT) Also makes a HUGE difference that June is very supporting and understands you as an individual and as a partner. Yay for starting therapy! Tried it for the first time last year ('cause I could finally afford it) and it helped loads. I got around 4 words out during my first session before I burst into tears, lol. Sending you love! 💞

I always started therapy sessions with "i'm good" 🥲 hope you find your right therapist match! If you want to include faith and your mental health i'd recommend a faith-based therapist as well and it's up to you how much of that you want to include in your sessions☺️ Also, congrats on starting up the podcast again! 🎉
