all the talk from the Kiwis and SH co about their school rugby, yet when it comes to international, especially nowadays, it doesn't seem to make too much difference.

Well it's best rugby and we literally laugh at how terrible this shit can be. Only in recent years have they dropped off and that's just due to going pro earlier and all getting picked up when they are young by other countries and then out top players get paid the most to go play for shit euro clubs because they will pay a fuck load to see proper rugby
