Thanks for this. I bought a mop but it didn't come assembled and didn't have instructions on how to put it together. This was a big help.

Can you use these on a hand drill?

Yes you can! Ideally you want them to spin faster than 2000rpm...most hand drills spin around 1750rpm. It will still work very well but will be slightly less aggressive and wear out a bit quicker.
