I also got depressed, I my self came out of it with the help of positive thinking. Didn't thought negative, took busy myself doing something. Not think so much about this world, everything is fine and the willpower of us can do this only. I also helped my best friend to come out of this.

This is such a chaotic world where we often forget to ask each other how one doing especially mental wise because it can’t be seen. Stay bless everyone and stay connected with the love ones whether living under one roof or living distant apart. When pillar of the house (dad) cries every members heart shatters.

That was worth watching I cried when they read out the excerpts from her diary...reminded me of my childhood... Shaheen u r lucky to have such great support system...ur family,ur friends & all the help that u get through professionals so stay strong my dear! From what u shared about listening...I have friends who r depressed & Idk how I can help them but I have learned that sometimes people dnt need any advice... they just want to let it all out but have no one to talk to so yes.. I just listen to them & try to be there with them...now I feel it’s the least I could do! But also I feel glad when they come to me & talk to me like u did with ur frnd Namita..so people need to talk..open up before taking any drastic step..people don’t share these things but most people suffer in silent & there r many who have overcome depression right? So talking helps if I listen to my frnds it’s because I have been through this..so it’s not like no one understands.. anyways it was great knowing u Ms.Shaheen Bhatt 😘

From 24:36 to to 26:40 baammmmm it hit me so hard. It's exactly what I feel and have felt from last 17 year's. By the time I had this celerity about what mental health is. I was already in a peak... I don't come from a fancy family, for me feeling extreme low and extreme high for no damn reason's was normal and there are still few places where ppl know absolutely nothing about mental health. I think it's time to address the fact of how distractive mental illness could be. If not at home. School and college's has the capabilities to address the issue and spread the awareness around...

I have been through depression so many times but trust me for me what worked is just keep praying to the almighty God and keep loving yourself don't expect anyone else to love you ,start getting closer to God and start working on your self ,your health,your mind , overall you , it really helps 🙏
