Delta 23 It's not really a CK2 reference anymore though. The achievement to captuare European capitals as Aztecs in EU4 is called Sunset Invasion. Achievements can't intensify.

"Witches" killed in Spain: 300 (thanks to the inquisition, which didn't let ordinary people make judgements in those countries like Spain where there was an inquisition with its court that studied every single case). You're lucky that smallpox isn't modeled with the same level of devastation in this game that it was in real life. It's basically the reason why Cortes was able to destroy the Aztecs.

Played a game as Ming once and by the time I looked over to Europe a couple hundred years Into the game Denmark had managed to not only own all Scandinavian territories but also the northern part of Germany and some of Russia, still have no idea how that could have happened but the shock was real lol.

1.1. Was wild as hell. Half the time Novgorod would eat Muscovy alive and form Russia. Denmark or Sweden would conquer everything North and East of the Teutons and AI formed HRE somewhat reliably. I remember how fun it was playing as Poland and fighting AI HRE

He just doesn't play in Iron Man and maybe with a mod. If you want Stop doom you need to do 5 x 5 vassalisations no other choice.

I do play on ironman you can clearly see that at 13:36. But yeah I just quickly attacked and reformed the faith as fast as I could, I was however forced to sacrifice quite a lot of vassal rulers and heirs to keep the doom down but that is business as usual I suppose.

how you fight against the "Aztec crisis", the end of the world, is very hard if you take a lot of provinces.

Just have to reform quickly. Each reform reduces growth by 20%. You can also sacrifice rulers of vassals every 2 years to reduce by 5-10, and get semi-regular events. Being at war also helps. Basically, you should always be at war and aim to have all 5 reforms passed by ~1480-1490.
