I think it makes so much sense to make the cover after the signatures so you know how big to make the spine. Great idea! Very interesting and beautiful journal. I love watching you create your art. Thank you.

I make floating spines but never realized that if only glue the sides of the spine and not the centers where the signatures are sewn in, the journal will lay flat. I can’t wait now to try this on the journal I’m making now. Your work is beautiful, and all your journal cards are so imaginative!

You did a beautiful job! I think these types of journals are my favorite. I used to swap junk with another and then we were allowed to use five things in our stash to complete the journal. Some of my favorite journals were created this way.

I been scrolling for an interesting new looking video to watch tonite for a bit a inspiration and this video of yours caught my eye quick and stopped the madness of video scrolling(guess i may watch too many videos everyday if I'm searching for one i hadn't seen!! Lol.... anyways many thanx to you for the super pretty Lil clips of vintage lady's in your video screen! My fave one of my top 10 images Im obsessed w/ and collect endlessly!! I'm really learning that collecting my specific type a ephemera n stickers n papers is way more fun and enjoyable if collected SLOWLY instead of trying to buy buy buy everything I see that I want in fear of not having all the pieces I love that I find cuz I m not sure why must be a fear of missing out on ALL supplies available plus the super passionate way a piece gets into my mind n my heart then rite into my imagination that it's like a button gets pressed inside me indicating "bec!SIT, GRAB ALL GOODIES THAT ARE DRAWN TO THE ONE LIL BABY PIECE AND DON'T LOOK UP TILL THE VERY LAST PIECE RELEASES MY HANDS AND MIND BACK FROM MY CREATIVE WARP ZONE I TRAVEL TO WHEN THIS CERTAIN EXCITEMENT HITS ME!!!!
