True! For example a lot of European countries sell wine in supermarkets, which is illegal in Norway. 😅 Milka is also not a thing everywhere. Sweden has Marabou and Norway has Freia. But when talking about America, do he just mean USA? And do he mean Portugal and Spain when talking about Europe? 🤔

Yep, in Poland you can sometimes buy stuff on the Southern parts that you can't buy on the North etc. And there is so much variety in different countries. As you said you can buy stuff in Poland you can't buy in UK, but you can buy stuff in UK that you won't find in Poland. Also when Rapha talked about chocolate brands, there is obviously Milka, Kinder, but in Poland there is Wedel as well which also is huge part of chocolate world here and also have tons of flavors.

Can we have an actual american take him to a grocery store that isn't Wal-Mart or Target? Maybe Kroger, HEB, Albertsons or Whole Foods, for example. We have a lot of the items he says America doesn't have in our basic grocery stores, even in small towns. I like Raphael and have followed him for years, but this seems like he's bashing on the US grocery stores. We don't all eat nothing but junk food. But whenever he goes to the stores(mostly Wal-Mart) thats all he ever focuses on. We have fresh bakery items and meats and cheese and a lot more variety then he shows in his videos.

FYI, I can buy some Milka products at my local World Market store. Yum! Actually, many of the products you showed can be purchased here in the US, just not at Walmart. There is a huge variety of grocery stores that have delicious freshly baked breads, fresh meat butcher shops, and markets that carry foods from every corner of the world. There are also many small locally owned grocery stores that carry only a specific ethnicity of food items. And many of us shop at those places on a regular basis. Our country is so lucky to be this giant melting pot, and that has resulted in being able to access locally many of the delicious items you showed in this video :)

In Portugal they produce olive oil, so that's why they have so much of it. In my country for example we dont have that many brands of olive oil, and it is much much more expensive than in portugal. They also have a lot if cheeses. Maybe portugal doesn't like spicy, but here in Romania we have spicy cheetos, I don't know if they're the flaming hot ones, but I barely eat them. And at my supermarkets we have more different types of flavored potato chips, but it is true that the salt ones overpower the rest. We have bacon, sour cream and onion/dill, chicken, chilly, paprika, oregano, cheese, tomatoes, and other combinations like tomato and basil, or olive oil and I dont know what, ah... Wasabi has become a thing for a while now. So, not all supermarkets are the same. They differ based on witch country you are in. And it doesn't matter if it's like the same supermarket name, in a country it will bring some stuff in other countries other stuff.

In America you cannot put edible and non-edible in the same packaging that is marketed to children. (ie. we used to have toys in our cereal boxes which was a surprise for whomever got it poured in their bowl!)

For the fruit size, i think it's just the variety of fruit because watermelon in mexico is big but there also other types of watermelon that's mini size. Also, strawberry is in season during winter in mexico and most of it is exported to the us.

I mean depends where in Europe.. You are allowed to drive to store and buy a bunch of groceries, maybe not a gallon of milk, but fridge capacity is different though haha Not everywhere in Europe you have to walk. Also in some countries there is alcohol just everywhere and in others there are special stores for that with strict hours you can purchase it

The reason the states doesn't have a real kinder egg is because they say the toy inside is a choking Hazzard. 😅 Here in Canada we have both 😊 U wanna see expensive come to British Columbia Canada 😂 culture shock for sure 😂

The law that prevents the sale of Kinder surprise eggs actually predates Kinder eggs. The law basically just says no inedible items may be contained within food, Kinder eggs are just sadly collateral

They sell the kinder eggs in America. I was curious about them and bought one and it had the same exact toy container as the one you opened. Edit: I googled, it's two different kinds one is chocolate with toy like you opened and one is plastic with chocolate on one side and toy on other. Strangely enough the one I bought last year was the chocolate with toy inside which should have been illegal but it was being sold anyway.

@@niajones7295 stupid kids...interestingly enough, I've bought my kids Kinder Joys here in the US that still come with a toy but it's not inside the egg and the toy itself is much smaller than the one shown in the video. How is such an itty bitty toy not a choking hazard too?
