I’ve had pretty “bad” allergies but I always pulled through ever since elementary school or middle school. I am 27 years old. Got sinusitis like symptoms each spring (2021,2022), so I’m thinking rn, maybe it’s from all my bad allergy issues but then again I have treated myself poorly for two years which were those two years. you think a sinus cleaning like a deep cleaning in the sinuses would decrease any pressure in the ears and ultimately get rid of Eustachian tube dysfunction?? I gotta wear headphones at home because slams from my neighbors hurt me and actually I noticed it gets me VERY mad like super fuckin mad. But then I remember I have sound sensitivity from recording vocals and making beats and listening to beats, mixing and mastering, using my ears a lot. I also have tinnitus. But when my jaw hurt one morning after recording vocals the night before, I felt something expel between my ears and it felt really painful. Couldn’t talk because of the pain then a few seconds later I got 24/7 tinnitus. My ears got worse basically, and my Eustachian tubes felt dry and then mucousy lol. my throat was always with mucous and it still is now. NOW my left ear feels warm or my ears feel warm. It’s kinda hard to stay away from loud sounds I went to a softball game and they had the announcer and the music all that stuff ya know!? I try to stay away from audio and I’m really not tryna be into music as much. It’s difficult to let go of something I cared about but I want my hearing to stay pretty awesome when I’m like 50 or 65, 70. Like until I die type stuff. My doctor basically can’t handle me bc I get super nervous with doctors I guess, I’m sort of intimidating to work with, and I have trouble trusting what doctors tell me to do because of what I’ve read about the Eustachian tube and how I’ve been treated ESPECIALLY when I first got tinnitus, I had suicidal thoughts and the ringing was loud af I legit thought I was living in hell sometimes with the ringing was a very bad experience but I can deal with it most of the times now. I’ve had sinus issues too with my tinnitus, and depressive episodes, thinking about my music path and also going. To a hospital and getting kicked out and having 4 cops trying to calm me down about my situation. Also being handled I would say not as professional as I thought hospitals would handle situations, really just came to find out we are obviously not perfect and we are not the best at what we do most likely. I was gonna go to a mental place as well for my tinnitus and my ears issues. No one really believed me that my ears were bothering me that much I even had fevers on and off and I felt my ears had like acid or puss or something inside them a doctor at the emergency room thought I ate something psychedelic!!! I was like no man it’s my ears they are making me act up! I don’t feel good! legit thought I was gonna die from this shit man no one not even my mom could understand what the fuck I was going through lol aw man. Also when Covid was making paranoid, I saw that one president dude in a talk show and it was just weird vibes bc the audience was quiet af when that dude was talking about stuff LMFAO I was like dude what the fuck am I living rn turn this shit off (I was at the hospital). This Eustachian tube bullshit is serious af y’all, it’s super annoying and it can get you depressed af and isolate the shit out of you and it makes you think about if you’ll go fucking deaf but I was making music these past couple of years too so my shit is super like on edge. I’m also scared of ear tubes because it gives you hearing loss but then someone told me in the long run it helps. I’m just like man idk I need this out and I got it out. I also get that boomy voice box in my left ear after working out. My ent doc said it’s not patulous Eustachian tube dysfunction she said my muscles just reacting differently or something but IDK I’m not gonna just believe her like that honestly a general doctor said my vertigo was from my ear and doesn’t think it’s crystals but then I did the epley maneuver and I felt way better BUT then again I purposely made my self dizzy my tiling my head in different directions but I was actually doing Eustachian tube exercises and then I told my fam to help me do the epley maneuver bc I was SUPER FUCKING DIZZY. so yea maybe the crystals the dissipated from all that head movement OR the epley maneuver did work. I think the epley maneuver did work though. Anyway I’m still dealing with BULLSHIT so if anyone has answers to my BULLSHIT ass issues let me know bc my ent doc is sending me to UVA bc I’m hard headed and she doesn’t think I trust her and I kinda don’t and she said she wouldn’t do a cleaning for some reason honestly it’s whatevr because I don’t trust her but she’s cool I GUESS her name is dr. Roya azadamarki. My issue has been going on for almost a year. (Blocked ears) and I’ve had tinnitus and worse ear pressure and got sound sensitivity and thick mucous in my throat/post nasal drip issues for 7 or 8 months now. So y’all tell me what the fuck I’m doing wrong I have like 3 fluticosones ajd hydro whatevr the fuck and I’m on day two on doing the Neil med rinse and I don’t trust this shit but I’m hoping after 6 weeks I actually feel some difference. I’m better than what I used to be def. But I am still kinda fucked the fuck up and I think only an elite or a top tier doctor who actually will listen to my experiences or atleast actually give me a chance of doing some type of cleaning on me, I will be helped to an extent this might go away, Dr. Roya wanted to do a turbinate reduction and fix my septum or some shit but then again I heard about ENTs giving patients surgeries they don’t even need LIKE my ears and throat are shit. My nose like up my nose close to my nostrils I’m fine.I also have a benign tumor in my brain or some shit. Not even worried about that shit yet.
