I have been doing this and the morning one every day for a week and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I have been ill with severe stress and anxiety and this is making me noticeably better everyday. I am so thankful.

That is wonderful to hear!! I think qi gong is amazing. Im also doing vagus nerve exercises and meditation. I was incredibly sick. School medicine gave me up but since i started qi gong, healthy food, supplements and gluthatione infusions im getting so much better! Best wishes for your journey!

I had a cough/cold that wouldn't go away.... for about 3 weeks. I took cough syrup but that didn't work. I found this exercise and just started doing it. I was happily surprised when my cough went away after 3-4 days. I've also noticed that this exercise eased my abdominal discomfort. Thank you Tyler for posting this and thanks Lee for doing this qigong. It's really been a big help for me.

1.16 p.m. Israel. I try to perform your 30 minute energizing routine daily, while being interrupted by sirens warning different areas of country to take shelter. I continue with the routine, realising I am functioning at 2 levels parallely. Your routine assists tremendously to relax and maintain sanity in this crazy world. Thank you.

I can't compare to your current situation as I am in Australia but I started qigong at the start of Covid and have continued it ever since. It has saved me in so many ways. Praying for peace in your region. Xo

I have been doing your videos for at least 6 years now on and off. and I know when I do them regularly my life quality and health overall improves really! cant thank you enough. also although I did them hundreds of times it never gets boring to hear you guide or the movements.

Danke so viel Mals,das ist wirklich wunderbar,habe Probleme zu schlafen!Dadurch merkte ich wo ich im Nacken totall verspannt bin,und konnte alte Verletzungen( durch einen Autounfall,im Nacken erspüren,wow!!Ein Miracle,danke so viel Mals,werde das jeden Abend machen,und wenn ich zu viel Energien anderer in mir trage,Binn ein totaler Schwamm!!Möget Ihr alle,heilen!Bless you all!!!!!!............

Wonderful exercise! Insta sub. So great to pause for the qi feeling. I was very very sick until i started qi gong, meditation, vagus nerve and brain exercises. I have a severe v injury with 10 serious diagnoses. I was barely able to sleep from the pain, bad days couldnt even walk the stairs. Qi gong saved me and i m loving every second of it. Also started gluthatione infusions !! and have a wagon load of supplements. School medicine gave me up, but my mum didnt give up and here i am with almost a six pack now! I will do 2-3h every day of all this and its so amazing to feel ENERGY and JOY. Most things can be healed! And the mind too. If you are suffering, find inner calm and do guided stuff like this, get support, love yourself, live healthy. You CAN HEAL. 😽

Today was my first day to do qigong. I feel like it is what i have needed for a long time. Lee is very easy to follow and I look forward to watching and working with him. I am a senior citizen lady and this is perfect for me. Thank you.

Elderly lady at park got me started a few weeks ago. I am amazed at all the wonderful feelings of clarity & chi I rec from even the 10 minute video. I practice yoga solo & this is a perfect bump to my regular routine.. thank you

Incredibly well done! You really transmit your relaxed state with your absolutely noticable relaxed body and voice: one already gets relaxed from simply listening to it. Perfect also that you don't use any music, which might disturb some people: silence we all agree on and anyway you talk.

Came back to this after doing intense exercise and honestly thisbis the best post workout I could have ever done. I no longer feel like my heart will give out any second from the high rate it was at. Thanks again.

Thank you. You are good at showing and explaining the movements. It's been a long time, I have gotten away from Qi Gong, and Tai Chi, and how they always made me feel energized. I'm still a little uncoordinated but I'm sure that will pass as I continue. Again, Thank you.

Thank you so much for uploading this video. It helped a lot in releasing the strain in my right neck muscles. I only did these exercises for three days, but the pain has disappeared! I especially like the part where I can roll my head on the right side; my muscles felt so sore, but afterwards I felt so much better. Thanks again. I'll keep doing these exercises.
