Your loving Udarata Manike ( A woman from Kandy era) මේ ඉස්සර දවසක මැදින් මහේ තවත් උණුසුම් උදෑසනක්... උඩරට කදුකරයට වියලි කාලය උදාවෙලා දැං මාස දෙක තුනක්ම වෙලා.. මේ ගෙවෙන්නේ ඒ මැදින් මහේ අන්තිම උණුසුම් දවස් වෙන්න පුලුවන් . වසන්තය අද හෙටම උදාවෙන්න පටන් ගන්න බව දන්වන්න වගේම ගිනිසැඩියා,ගිලිරිසීඩියා, වැටමාරා මේ ඕනෙ නමකින් හදුන්වන වැටහිරියා ගස්වල මල් පිරිලා. ලා රෝස පාට මලේ ලා කහ පාටත් ක්‍රීම් පාටත් එකතු වෙලා හරි ලස්සන මිටකට හැදෙන වැටහිරියා මල් අතු පුරෝලා අතු අග බරවෙලා තිබුනත් දවසෙන් දෙකෙන් පරවෙලා යන මල් එක දෙක වැටිලා බිම නම් මල් පලසක් එලලා වගෙයි. හොදම කතාව දැනුයි පටන් ගන්නේ..මේ මල් ආහාරයට ගන්න බව ගොඩක් අය නොදන්නවා වෙන්න පුලුවන් . ආහාරයට ගන්නවා වුනත් ඒ මල් ආහාරයට සකසාගන්න ක්‍රමවේදය නොදන්නවා වෙන්නත් පුලුවන්. මාර්තුවට අතු ඉති පුරෝලා හටගන්න මේ රසවත් මල් ව්‍යාංජන ආකාර කිහිපයකටම සකසාගන්න පුලුවන්. යූටියුබ් හරහා ප්‍රථම වතාවට මේ මල් ව්‍යාංජනය ලංකාවට හදුන්වාදෙන්න ලැබීම සතුටක්. මගේ අත්තම්මා මේ මල් ව්‍යාංජනය සදහා මල පිරිසිදු කර ආහාරයට ගන්නා කොටස පැහැදිලි කර දුන් විදියටම ඔයාටත් අනුගමනය කරන්න පුලුවන් නම් හොද රසයක් ලබාගන්නත් පුලුවන්. වෙනත් රටවල් කිහිපයකම මේ මල් ආහාරයට එක් කර ගත්තත් ඔවුන් එහිදී මලේ කොල පැහැති කොටසත් යොදාගන්න අතර එමගින් අයහපත් ගන්ධයක් සහ යම් ආකාරක විෂක් ඇති විය හැකියි. ගුණදායක හොදම කොටස් ආහාරයට එක් කර ගත් අපේ පැරැණි ක්‍රමය අනුගමනය කිරීම වඩාත් යහපත් වනු ඇත. උදෑසන ඉරත් එක්කම අවධි වෙලා ඉර නැගෙද්දි මල් නෙලලා මල් ආහාරයට සූදානම් කරගනිද්දි නම් දහවලත් වෙලා.. මේ රසවත් මල් ඉතාම රසවත් ආකාර කිහිපයකටම සූදානම් කරන හැටි මේ වීඩියෝවෙන් නරඹන්න පුලුවන්. වෙනස්ම සහ අලුත්ම දෙයක් එක්ක මේ ලස්සන කදුකරයේ අතීත දවස රසවිදින්න කියලා ආදරෙන් ආරාධනා කරනවා. මං උඩරට මැණිකේ..
